“Mesmerizing architecture and design”

If you are in Bangkok for a short duration. This is definitely one landmark you should not miss. It really is a great spot for taking photos, as well. I suggest leave a day for this location and the royal palace.

“Must See”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

The Temple of Dawn is very beautiful and you must climb to the top. The view is just increase. Watch out on your way up and down the steps are very steep and small!

“if u get there just before sunset and are already on top, you get the good photos”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

the staff will be calling you down before sun set. but remember" you don't understand" any of the languages they are saying, and just speak jibberish when you speak.
can only do this if you are a good climber on those steep steeps.

“Fantastic View on the Top”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

After the Thb 3.00 ride from Wat Pho, my sister and I walked towards Wat Arun and admired the chedis as we go along. Entrance fee is Thb 50.00.

The stairs are quite steep and you really have to hold on to the rails to ensure you wont fall. However, be warned that climbing up is the easy part. Climbing down is quite scary since the stairs are really that steep. I found it is much better for me climb down facing the stairs.

The view from the top is fantastic for you are able to see the chao praya river and surrounding structures. If you are afraid of heights do not look down. the view is dizzying.
