I went to this hotel couple of times, always been satisfied with the rooms and quality of service. Staff is helpful and even with some basic skills in English you can see they really try to provide you with informations....
Food at the restaurant is not so nice though, you may want to go have a look elsewhere.
They also have a nice disco on the ground floor, you can ask the Staff for Mai Peng disco. NIce venue and very cheap drinks.
This hotel is perfectly located for night time experience and is just a couple of seconds walk from nana station, so it's very easy to travel from and to the hotel.

i stayed at the hotel for 4 days during my visit to Thailand.I did reserve on line and had a good rate.it did cost me around 400 baht from airport to hotel by taxi.Hotel is always crowded during my stay as i guess the hotel was almost full during my stay.Reception staff was really helpful and spoke good English.Very helpful with the information about the area and what to do and what to visit in Bangkok.it's good to feel hotel security level was good.with in 1 minute you can access to so many bars located around the hotel.Great location for travelers look for entertainment. Sky train is just 5 minutes walking to one of the station to take the train.lot of animation around the hotel until late night.Hotel also have good night club for entertainment. So many small shops start just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and good place for shopping. There are also big shopping malls like Terminal 21 to buy quality stuff.
House keeping well kept the room clean daily .Rooms size is big enough for the star category of the hotel.Necessary amenities like mini fridge/TV/safe box was available in the room.Bath room was a bit old but was clean.
breakfast time is always crowded and have a good breakfast with many items for a breakfast .Good to see smiling waitress in the morning.hotel also have a bar with variety of alcohol.Good place with reasonable price in the Bangkok city.

This was our 5th or 6th stay here. Nana Hotel is a unique place to spend some time. It's in the heart of the "girlie area", but has a charm all its' own, as well as being super close to Bumrungrad Hospital where there's excellent medical care available -- my main reason for staying in that are, and the Sky Train is real close by..

First of all, it really is a well-run hotel -- the staff (most have been there many years) is very professional and there's no "funny business" going on as they seem to have settled all with the locals there to a good agreement. So you don't get hassled, hustled, or harassed at all! But you do get a nice clean room, with a super breakfast buffet -- great place for an anthropological study as most of the clients are western men 60+, a few with wives and kids from Thailand. Methinks a lot from Vietnam war era.

Anyhow the rooms are spacious, very clean, and pretty noise-free with great staff and include refrig/AC/... This is a place that someday will make way for some "progress" and be gone -- what a shame as it has so much charm as it is. You feel you're part of history here. Walking thru the parking lot at night with the beautiful girls demurely standing along the sidelines -- with ZERO prompting of you -- is a lovely experience -- you can approach them but not vice-versa and no hassle/worries about getting ripped off.

We will return again as we have done before.

Room Tip: Higher floors are less susceptible to street noise

People really do need to do their homework - this is WHY Tripadvisor exists! If you book a hotel directly opposite the (in)famous "Nana Plaza" you must expect everything that goes with the place. Nana Plaza is the heart of the Bangkok beast. The place you go to people-watch, or be watched as is your fancy. The beauty of this hotel is that you do not have far to crawl in the early hours...it is literally meters from the entrance to the the plaza. And yes it is a fairly dingy place with little if any "Boutique" feel about it. It's just a place to crash that's as close to the action as you can get. The pool is probably the best feature.

Room Tip: It's a place to crash out. Watch for the nightclub on the ground floor so maybe first floor room...

We spent our honeymoon at the nana hotel and really loved this place. You never get bored there and the breakfast as well as the service are awesome. A nice swim or just some relaxing at the pool in the afternoon makes the experience really worth while!

Our last night of a fabulous holiday to Thailand and we had booked a room at this hotel....glad we didnt have to stay more than one night. Centre of red light area, very noisy partying in the street until 2.30...not at all suitable for families or anybody wanting a pleasant nights sleep. The hotel has arrears for residents and their "guests" so that would tell you something about what goes on there. The hotel was also very dated and in areas felt unclean. The wiring to the hairdryer in my room was very dodgy, the beds were lumpy the decor shabby, the list goes on.

On the plus side for those seeking fun red light district activities, without sleep and are not worrying about where they spend the night then this is where its at!! Oh and the buffet breakfast was good!
