Open every day!
DO NOT pay ANY attention to anyone who tries to tell you that the venue is closed or tries to direct you to another entrance! Such people are just out to scam you!

Men MUST wear long pants and women MUST cover bare shoulders!
Don't have long pants/cover up? Don't worry as you may rent such for 30Baht + 100 Baht deposit refunded upon returning the clothing!

The Grand Palace is a very large complex so be prepared to walk!

Another must see temple in Bangkok. Climb the stairs for a great view of the river and city. All sales booths are tucked on the sides so it's not distracting from the temple. Great place to sit and meditate or simply enjoy the view.

Very spiritual place...too many people though. I thinkk it has to be more secure by the authorities. Try to get a reading first about the history about it. Because if you have a tour guide the explanation is very quick due the people visiting the temple.
