Ticket for this is included in your 500bhat entry fee for the Grand Palace. Wonderful to see this! Discover a bit of the history beforehand and the visit will be more meaningful.

I felt Thai brilliance. I was surprised that an emerald Buddha statue was very smaller than imagination, but felt the faith depth of Thai people.

I went there by myself and it was amazing! It's like entering a experiencing a new world, going through history and delving into the Thai culture! I loved it and it's def worth visiting!
Make sure to use all the 3 tickets you get for the coins museum, queen sirikit's silk museum and the grand palace etc...

Once again another lovely temple to visit, very busy, so maybe go in the afternoon when its cooler as the heat in Bangkok is insane!

Sometimes you just have to do the tourist thing and when you do this one should be added to your list. Although much smaller than I expected and not really made of emeralds (jade actually) I'm glad I went.
