“Enjoyed looking at the little Buddha”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

He is much smaller than expected. There are many crowds, but once you get in you are allowed to sit as long as you like and look at him. They do have fans going so that is bonus if you need a few minutes break.

“Emerald Buddha”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

There were many people praying to Buddha in this temple. What beautiful paintings on all the walls and ceilings of this temple. Emerald Buddha was in the far back part of the temple but two other Buddhas were up front and easier to view.

“Dont miss this one if you are in Bangkok”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

This temple is inside the Grand Palace complex and considered sacred. Both the interior and exterior of the temple is beautifully designed. The sculpture of Buddha is a treat for the eye and the mind.

“Remember - This in Grand Palace.”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

This is a misconception taken all over the minds of everyone. I thought this temple was elsewhere when I suddenly realized, This was a part of the Grand Palace.
It's not better or worse, but I wouldn't visit this again. It's really crowded and there is absolutely no order in the temple.
One thing I hated the most, YOU cannot take a picture? Why is that?
It upset me. I think there are other temples in the cities which can provide you with more peace and excitement.
If you have others in mind, visit them, not this.
