“Peaceful and beautiful, no crowds”
Reviewed January 14, 2014

This is a lovely temple - characteristic architecture and statuary. It's set in a beautiful garden with a monastery nearby and when we went, early in the morning, we had the pleasure of hearing the monks chanting. A canal also runs through the grounds, so all very pretty with carved bridges. This is not as large as other temples and not crowded (at least when we were there) p we were able to wander in peace and take our time to look at things. We took a taxi from our hotel and the taxi driver was quite happy to wait through our visit.

“Worth a visit!!”
Reviewed January 5, 2014

The temples is very nice and is European style. There is a lot of buddhas from different countries and different styles (Pakistan, Japan, India...) But the best thing about the temple is that is in Dusit (One of the seven neighborhoods) And if you take a 5 minute walk you will be in Dusit Park. In the park there is a zoo, a mansion where Rama the V lived, the Ananda Throne Hall, the Elephant Museum, Car Museum, Chariot Museum.... and more museums (There is a total of 15 museums in Dusit Park so is a good place to spend the full day.

Really beautiful and interesting. Interesting to walk around in the gardens and the river with romantic bridges made it quite special. Worth a visit.
