Stayed here four nights in a two week period around flights in and out of the country. Booked through travel agent in our own country.
Lobby and pool are very nice, and the hotel is clean. However the rooms are very old and basic for the price While the location is good as we were at the front of the hotel and there are a number of very loud bars opposite music was blaring until very early in the morning. Unless you are out until 3am it is unlikely you will get to sleep. We requested to be moved to a room on the other side of the hotel due to the noise and were told it would be an extra 800 baht a night to upgrade. This would have made the hotel quite expensive compared to other hotels.
Resturaunt is very nice however there is a surcharge added and tax was not included in the prices (which is unusual).
Make sure you read the terms and conditions you sign on checkin as the clerk attempted to make us pay 1000 baht as a bond for the key (when what we were signing stated it was 500 baht).
Over all it does not compare favourably to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. More
