“Worst hotel expierence you can have”
Reviewed December 29, 2013

Hotel staff completely unhelpful. I do not think it is me being difficult, the two groups in front of me that were checking in also walked away unhappy, one lady in the second group actually said "thanks for nothing" to the staff when she departed the front desk. Aside from the long check in time the hotel staff had no willingness at all to accommodate any reasonable request/common and their manner was very unfriendly. We actually forfeit half of our stay there to stay elsewhere in the knowledge that we would not be refunded the nights we forfeit.

I went with my friends as a group of 5 and only had to stay for one night. We landed at about 12mn and by the time we reach our hotel was 2am. The staffs were really friendly and attended to us. We booked a three bedroom suite for $150/night thru agoda.com and it was really value for money. There were two bathrooms. The biggest room had one Queen size bed and a single bed. Another room had two single beds. And lastly the last room had ine Queen size bed. We really loved the room. But one thing we wished we had was free wifi. As for now you got to pay to use the wifi.

This hotel was great value for the size and quality of the rooms - we had a 3 bedroom suite for a family of 7. The decor was tired but still good for the price. However, simple things taken for granted in our other hotels in Thailand, were not available here. For example, there is no internet available in the rooms; and the internet available in the lobby needs to be bought in 10 minute vouchers. Also we had 4 adults in our suite and they refused to give us any more than 2 keys (despite them being disposable electronic cards). The breakfast was also of significantly lower standard than any of the other hotels or guesthouses we stayed in.

Room Tip: The suites are large and excellent value

Good location , either take taxi boat or take taxi to city. take taxi boat just beside the hotel only 10 baht to Siam center and 5 mins walking distant to BTS station (Rachathewi station). Taxi about 100 baht to MBK or Phaya Thai station. Bo Be tower is a textile centre is just at the door step of this hotel. Very busy in midnight trading. breakfast a lot of variety and a good swimming pool. Only that no free wifi services. Is value of money.

Room Tip: request for non smoking room and high floor good scenery.

I don't understand why this hotel got so much drawbacks ... Indeed, this hotel need to be refurbish a bit ... but its quite good value in BKK... I got a suite 2 rooms (one living room and 2 rooms) for 75€ (3000THB) !!! Where ll find the same value in BKK? Absolutely nowhere...
Of course, thats a huge hotel and sometimes its a bit long to reach your room ... but the way to get your room is quite pleasant through the bar, restaurant and swimming pool area ...
The worst aspect is the WIFI, u must to pay for it and its such unacceptable for an hotel of this class...
You have to pay for the gym as well

The suite 2 rooms provide huge beds with quality bedding, fridge, small kitchen, cable international TV, sofa, bathtub...

This hotel is well located close to the river Chao Phraya and all attractions/monuments in BKK .

Overall, if u appreciate affordable suite rooms well located in Bangkok this hotel is for you

Peaceful experience while in the heart of Bangkok. Bedroom is well kept, comfy and clean as well as large and spacious. Regular bathroom with utilities. LCD TV with cable, get the room with a view of the amenities such as open air pool and restaurant. Cordial and helpful staff but a bit needing training on conversational English language. Importantly it has a market of sorts just right at their doorstep. Try the restaurant at the top of the hotel so you'll get a good view of Bangkok especially at night time.
