We stayed for 3 days in this hotel, i must admit that it has a good location, right beside it are the different shops where you can do your shopping at very affordable prices.

Hotel food is okay at the lobby but you have to very extra careful on the food as you might experienced allergies, which my husband had experience. Just make sure you willl being enougb antihistamine as the hotel does not have first aid meds.

Room attendant are not friendly also. Expect a cold treatment.

Be mindful also when checking out as they have scam... before we left the room i checked out the mini ref to make sure nothing was touched, when we were at the hotel lobby, the frontdesk informed us that there were 4 bottles of mineral that were half empty. What a co incidence also that the other 2 rooms who checked out were also accused of consuming from the mini bar. (Fyi we do not know each other). So after a long talk with the manager and we were in a foreign country, i just paid the water. The frontdesk thougbt i will be paying in cash but i insisted of paying thru my card... not because i do not have cash anymore, but i think hotel will benefit from this and not the scam staff. What a surprise from 99baht it went down to 36baht when i used my card. I also requested the water to include it in my guest folio and official receipt for future reference.

If you have plans of extending do an online booking, way much cheaper than the walk in rates.

Lesson:when checking out do not leave the room yet, instead call the frontdesk and inform them that you would like the room cheked while you are there. Also upon checking in, request an inventory of all the items inside the room and have the room attendant sign it or better, ask them to empty the ref.

The hotel is surrounded by markets & malls. Suitable for those who wants to shop till you drop. Too many choice of shops that you can't even decide which are the best for bargaining. The ground is crowded by day & night. The main entrance is not attractive at all. Limited accessibility for big tour bus, unless your guide 'booked' a parking space in front of the entrance. The lobby is nice & clean but no seats for guests while waiting for check-in. Staffs was not so friendly.

Our room was 275, big but little old-fashioned when it comes to the furniture. Fortunately there is a flat screen in the bedroom. The toilet seems to be newly renovated but water heater was not working. The bed sheet has few holes. Beer can & cigarette butts were still in the balcony. The air-con at the lounge was not functioning very well. No free internet/WIFI in the rooms. It is chargeable at 400baht/per day.

Swimming pool & Spa is at Level 11. There was a moldy stinky smell when we walked out of the elevator. The pool is small & nothing nice at this level. Even the view is not so panoramic. Sky Restaurant is at Level 43 (highest level) with superb Bangkok view. Breakfast was variety & loves their egg toast. Again, F&B staffs was not friendly except for their chef whom suggested me to try the soup noddle (which I did not try!).

Overall, won't stay here again though it is the best place to stay for shopping in Bangkok. Definitely is not a 4-star hotel in terms of services & rooms.

We had a good time in this hotel buf overall they can make it much more better. I enjoyed of numerus delicious break fast specially in a hall with amazing city view. It has many kind and friendly staffs who did as much as they could. Next time I try to book another hotel for even short time residence.

The hotel is well within the Pratunam shopping area. It has shops within the building and literally at right after stepping outside the hotel.

The lobby looks new and great however, the rooms itself look old and stuffy.

The room includes bedroom slippers, robes, toiletries: soap, shampoo, foam bath, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower cap and comb.

We booked direct with the hotel which gave us perks of 1 hr Internet per day, 15 mins of fish Spa and a late check out.

As in house guests, you also get 50% off their buffet lunch.

Service was great overall despite their difficulty in understanding English.

Trip from airport took 2 hrs through Friday peak hour traffic and heavy thunderstorm. Return trip early Sunday morning took only 20 minutes.
Check in and out was quick and we found lobby staff to be very helpful at all times. Enjoyed the pool and the seafood buffet with the view. Location is excellent for shopping.
The room was OK or the price we paid. Air con took a while to cool rooms, but once cool they stayed cool. Bedroom air con was less effective and quite noisy. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom is very worn and well used. Housekeeping keep rooms clean.
We would stay there again.

The hotel rooms are very old and dated. For the price you could do a lot better. I found the staff friendly enough. Checked in with a friend, we got a room each, one with a king size bed the other with two doubles, go figure. The lino on the floor of my room was peeling up, the bath room was musty and old. For the price you could do a lot better. Getting too and from the hotel was not all that easy either.
