I'm checking out tomorrow morning and am quite disappointed with the hotel. The two biggest issues are - room service and staff. I've been here for 4 nights and I don't think they ever vaccumed the carpets. We asked for the linens to be changed and that also wasn't done. This evening I found pieces of the croissant I ate in the morning. The staff are also not very friendly and helpful. For work, I always stay at a Starwood Property (Westin, the W, Sheraton) and its 100% better than this place. This is my first and last time at a Shangri La.
