My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights, wehad the deluxe room and the room was clean although there was a lot of stains on the sheets and towels. The pillows was very uncomfortable to sleep in and although we did not get breakfast here. I can tell that the breakfast menu is very poor and unappetizing it cost 160baht for breakfast. My advice is go to the nearest 7-11 and get breakfast there. The location weren't far from the lively area of sukhumvit but you have to walk 10-15 mins and the sidewalk smells like pee. At night the area near the intersection is very lively with bars and clubs.

Wanna stay here again. Best value of money. staffs are trained and professional very good behave. Hotel is very near to Bumrungrad International Hospital. Bangla/Indian restaurants are available in front of Bumrungrad International Hospital for tasty food. and It's easy to go to Terminal 21 shopping centre, Patunam shopping centre.

Great location in terms of accessibility, but not a fan of Soi 3. The area was really dirty, and as a woman, I felt uncomfortable walking around in this particular area.

Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and one of them showed us our room. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, so we were quite happy with that. The only issue was that our room didnt have windows, and they were unable to move us to one that did.

They only have 1 elevator, so you can end up waiting a while. If you do stay here, make sure you request a room at a lower level. We had MANY issues with the key cards! At one point, we had to go up to our room and back down 4 TIMES in a row because the cards just wouldnt work. That was really annoying and a waste of our time. Also, we had a problem with our money and passports getting stuck in the safe, and it took over an hour for them to open it. Thankfully we didnt have to catch a flight or anything.

Overall, the rooms were good, the service good, but the area and the ongoing issues made this place below average.
