This is second time I was staying at this property. Reason is obvious that this property is much popular in Indian Community. You will find many Indians staying in this property.Location is very nice as it is centrally located. BTS Station is just walking distance. We loved this property and will surely come again.

We were intending to stay at the Rembrandt for 3 nights in February 2014 but because of a 24 hour flight delay we only stayed 2 nights. We had a non smoking room on the 11th floor, the room was clean and spacious, no issues with the room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Would definitely stay at this hotel again as it seemed to be in a good location although we didn't venture that far due to the protests. Just up the road from the Rembrandt is a nice bar called Palm (?) to enjoy a few drinks.

I have now stayed 3 times in Rembrandt and this hotel never dissapoint me. Great location, close to Sukhumvit rd, and the Asok skytrain and metro station, but still away from most of the noise.. Last time I forgot a bag at the lobby, but the manager did all in her power to reach me.. Excellent service! And now they have free wifi all over the hotel. I never had anything to complain about. Rembrandt hotel is definitely value for money!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my two sons last summer, July 2013. I selected this hotel from good reviews in trip advisor. I was not disappointed. Our first trip to Bangkok. Hotel was at a good location, room was very nice, helpful staff, breakfast buffet had a wide variety to select from; overall, the hotel left a good impression to a first traveler in this country. Safe location as well; we tried the local cafes surrounding the hotel and was treated to local cuisine at very cheap prices. Walking distance to Emporioum shopping mall and train station although we did not try the train.

We used the Rembrandt whilst on Honeymoon as we were staying in Bangkok for 3 nights before moving onto Koh Lanta.
We wanted a hotel close to the city with good public transport links and also one that was clean and modern and the Rembrandt certainly ticks all those boxes.
Turn right out of the hotel and a 10 min walk brings you to the the sky train station and metro, very easy to use and very cheap, way cheaper than TFL in London!!
Opposite is a wonderful little restaurant called Lean on Tree, well worth a visit as is Cabbage and Condom, about 15 min walk towards the Sheraton.
All in all a great Hotel, lovely out door pool on the 4th floor and worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Close to the Skytrain, so means good access to the river, Grand Palace and the temples. Bar prices were good and the staff very friendly. Our only criticism was on the breakfast box we had on 2 mornings due to early pick ups for tours. On day one we had butter and jam with knife but no bread to put it on, when we return to the hotel and asked about this they said no bread gets put in the boxes. On the second morning we had butter, jam and bread but no knife to use! With all the great spread on for breakfast the boxes could be better than 4 small bananas, a yoghurt and a fruit drink. Very small criticism I know but something that should be addressed. All in all a good place to explore Bangkok from

Room Tip: Higher floors are away from the traffic noise, we were on the 20th floor.

Pleasant enough although slightly perforated by the smell of Thailand wafting through. Pool area is the goods however steer well clear of the sausages at breakfast time. If you can imagine what happens when spam and chlorine combine then you have a fair idea of what you'll get. If I ever want Bangkok depravity again I would stay here however in the current political climate in Thailand you will find that this hotel is too close for comfort to the protests. Albeit I have walked through the concert in a leopard print dress for a bucks night, the next night there was shooting and grenades and a youngsters unnecessary death. Your call really but you could feel the uprising coming
