They offer complimentary one free changing room, to have a shower in case you have a late check in. Very polite people in a well situated hotel. Rooms are nice, some rather small. The bathroom doesn´t have so much privacy (glass door with no sound proof). Staff willing to help and have some interesting facilities such as lending of Ipods, for instance.Overall: really nice.

This hotel is clean and safe, but very pricey and not a great location for sight seeing.

I would not recommend the hotel restaurant for breakfast - you'll pay 5 star hotel prices for a western breakfast when better options are nearby for a tenth the price.

Dream was the perfect way to round out our trip to Thailand for our honeymoon. After the luxury beach resort in Khao Lak and the rustic rice barn in Chiang Ma, it was great to have some modern luxury in a big city. Like everywhere in Thailand, the service at Dream was top shelf. We received a surprise dessert sent to our room for our honeymoon, and the staff helped to arrange some great shopping excursions for us. The breakfast that was included with our room was huge and tasty, and we loved the modern blue lighting inside the rooms. We were also so close to so much action (it's right off Sukhumvit with its shopping, and near the sky train just a few stops from Siam). Bangkok was really fun, and a good way to ease us back into city life before the long flight back to LA. I have have heard other reviews that Bangkok is not really an ideal honeymoon destination (since it is a large, bustling metropolis), but we are personally sooo glad to have experienced it. Definitey spend time in a beach location too if you travel to Thailand for your honeymoon, but Bangkok is really fun and international.

The short review is this: A soulless knock off of the "w" hotel chain with an average breakfast, good location and clean rooms. Aesthetically pleasing yet highly rude and careless staff.

If you believe that "the people make all the difference" then avoid this hotel at all costs.

First off I have to say the hotel was inconsistent at best. I booked at the dream but they moved me to the DREAM2 which is in an entirely different building.

Next I paid for an upgrade but the upgrade room was he exact same as the standard room.

They were obviously trying very hard to be boutiqey and "cool" but they forgot all about the service and really didn't get the "cool" factor down either. The front desk girls are nice to look at but exceedingly rude.

One girl actually snapped at me (almost unheard of in Asian countries) when I explained that the price I was quoted on their website was not the same as on my final bill. They charged me about 20% more than what was quoted.

The breakfast is average but nothing to write home about and certainly not the "legendary" breakfasts that you would get at the Sheraton or other competing hotels.

You have to get there early for breakfast as once food items are gone from the buffet, they simply remove the plates and don't replace them.

The pool was cold as was the jacuzzi spa.

They have no wifi. But they do give you an Ethernet cable.
They advertise ipod connection in each room but when I asked they just gave me a cable and told me to connect my ipod to the television's speakers! Very disappointing if you like to listen to music in your room.

All in all the hotel was really not 100% terrible. It would ahve been fine for $30 or $40 but a bit expensive for the money. I just really hoped for a memorable experience on my last days in Bangkok and didn't get one here.

The location is OK and near to the Skytrain which was cool.

The DREAM-- upgraded me to suite- room is so cool with its soft blue lights- large flat screen TV- the bar is also a winner -- BUT the pool is nothing great-- the gym is maybe 4 pieces of equipment- and there is no breakfast buffet as there is at most larger hotels.
Location mid Sukhumvit is good- but a small hike to BTS

Found an amazing deal on this hotel, so after spending a month in china before hand, this seemed like a perfect haven for a few days to get rejuvenated for the rest of Thailand. Checked in really late due to our flight, but the hotel was very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom is very nice and simple. The blue under bed lighting is a little tacky for my personal taste, fortunately there's an on/off switch. The pool on the top floor is also a nice touch, and it's outdoors. Location is great near the train and street vendors, so plenty of action a few steps away. And the red curry at the Bierhaus a few blocks away was some of the best i had the whole trip. The internet was free at the time (not sure if it still is) so it was great to have to help plan the rest of our trip.
