Great room, huge bed, fantastic shower and stunning bathroom. Great view of Bangkok, prompt and delicious room service 24 hours a day. Really loved our stay there and would definitely return when I am next in Bangkok.

The hotel is great with free wifi, included breafast, location, upgraded to a Deluxe room a well equipped gym/sauna and roof top pool. The only downfall for me is that the pool/gym/sauna closes promptly at 9pm! I've found that the staff have been very nice and helpful. They even advertise a 600 Baht Royal Thai massage in the comfort of your own room. Aroma Oil massage for a mere 700 baht. These prices are unheard of in the US. $23.00 for a massage in your room...Awesome!

Reservation
My company booked this hotel for my business stay! At the beginning we asked for a superior room which they didnt have so we had to pay for a deluxe room, corporate price of course! I had to extend my stay so i asked them whether they could now give me a superior room to save some money for the company but reception staff suggested that they were full. I checked at their website and of course there was availability...it looked like they didnt want to sell a cheaper room to me since they had me on a more expensive one.

Room
Clothing in the room was dirty and old, for 3 days in a row they were using fresh sheets but with stains, they ladies are very nice and they did a gd cleaning job! Using old clothing might not be their responsibility

Restaurant Breakfast
the variety is very good with a v clean environment, what is not good is that they dont serve the coffee which is unacceptable having to get up every 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee during your breakfast and all this in a big queue, the restaurant has a very high number of staff that most of the time are standing up with her arms crossed...i think they would better use this time differently...eg serving coffee would be a good idea. Staff is very friendly and very nice

Maintenance
19th floor where my room was has 3 lifts but they are not enough and you need to wait long!!Also the button on the 2 lifts is broken...you need to push very hard in order to activate it and it s not very pleasant to wait in this heat in the very hot corridors for a lift that never comes up,thinking that you have pushed the button! I wonder....none of the staff or the management team has seen this?

the list of my bad experience could be longer but you do get an idea!!

staff is very friendly, happy and always there to serve you, location is also very good...

Enjoy cosmopolitan Bangkok!

Room Tip: Deluxe is very spacious but old

The rooms are big and well designed. The rooftop pool is so cool to start evening.. The breakfast is not exceptional but there is enough choice for everyone. The location is good for Songkran, not to far not to close from the activity. And the price you pay to stay there is really worth it. I would stay again.

I spent a week in Bangkok and stayed at this fantastic hotel. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. There was free wi-fi in the room (faster in the lobby). The breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Room Tip: It's a pretty quiet street. I stayed on a higher floor so no issues with noises. Our neighbors...

We were 2 couples & had booked two Deluxe rooms. We had requested them to allot the rooms next to each other. We got the rooms as requested. Deluxe rooms are really amazing & worth every penny. Staff is very polite & always with smile. If you are a couple & looking forward to romantic holiday; then go for the Deluxe room.
Hotel is a 4 star property. I don't know why it is tagged as a 3 star property in trip advisor. Pls check the hotel's website. Its 4 star on their website. Seeing the deluxe rooms; let me tell you that they are no less than you get in any 5 star property.
For all the pure vegetarian travellers; if you like Indian food & also are searching for Jain food then there is the best pure vegetarian Indian restaurant @ Diamond Residency which is just few steps away from Furama Silom. The restaurant also provides takeaways in the early morning for your excursion trips (But you need to order a day before & pay for the same).

Room Tip: High Floor Deluxe Rooms
