Been many times to this hotel, after a room revamp a number of years ago things are starting to get a bit shabby again.
Positives:- A good, extensive breakfast, but the choice has dropped from days of old, but still good. Good location, most staff are helpful but language barrier and some peoples expectations can change your opinion of the staff.
Against:- The rooms are getting a bit shabby ( at the lower end price range) got a free upgrade but the superior room was not really deluxe. Soi 11 is getting even more popular and busy. WiFi was poor had to stand outside the room to use. Popular with the wedding crowds from India, loudness and disruption ( but I suppose they are just having fun ).

All in all an ok place to stay but i'm sure there is better elsewhere maybe not at this end of Sukhumvit road for the price. I have seen it when it was good after the revamp a number of years ago so I've seen changes.

Probably going to look for another place for next time

Room Tip: There is a set of rooms to avoid, sorry cant remember the number, tower 3 at the front corner, its a larger room ( they often say they are giving you a big room wow ) but unless you are thin you can't stand at the sink to wash as you are squeezed between a column and the wall, if you do squeeze in you knock yourself on the hair dryer.

I would like to commend the staff and management of this hotel for their politeness and above all their honesty. I neglectfully left a few banknotes in the pocket of my pants which I put in a laundry bag. All the banknotes were returned along with the pair of pants, which were cleaned and ironed to perfection. I don't know if it is buddhist culture or other such cultural trait, but honest staff is a sure sign of good management and quality hospitality, and should be applauded wherever you see it. Many thanks again (room 653)

We have been here twice as it is close to the main hub of shops by train at nana station . You can take the good old tuk tuk . There are a few well known bar eatery places in the same road like a German restaurant across the road a Australian bar and also a English bar . We did quite a few tours and the staff we very helpful and nothing was to much trouble

Room Tip: We always like to go up the top rooms as less traffic noise.

This is the worst hotel that I had ever stay in Thailand. Nothing about this hotel can be recommend, but the location is good. The front desk provide very bad & slow services with black face some more. Bell boy only show you the way to Tower 3 but never help to carry your luggage.
We are in a group, we book non smoking room but end up with all smoking room, and we are separated into different floor and different tower too.

Room with bad smell, facilities too old, some even not working anymore.

Room Tip: never even try this hotel, there are more hotel surrounding in Soi 11

It is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff around to help out if you need anything. The room is very clean and the corridor are kept proper even if there human traffic is high.

The location of the hotel is what made me select it as it is near to the BTS train station and also there are good food just nearby too.

Overall it is a good stay.
