Stay was awesome... but few floors dont have any windows so no view.... that was disappointing..
Food was awesome and with lots of variety....
Swimming pool was too good... and with all facilities available.

Room Tip: pls check whether rooms have windows... higher floors room do have but not one on lower floors

Do not count staff will answer your questions. They will smile only. :) They barely speaks English (even in the reception!) there.
I had a big room, furnitured like in the nineties. Unfortunately, it should be clean better. Breakfast is disaster. I could eat only bread roll and butter. Uneatable scramble egg and pancake. Other things are in local style. Despite the horrible breakfast I joined restaurant for the dinner to taste Thai cousin. It was good.
Swimming pool is too deep. If you can’t swim, do not go inside. Good localization.

I stayed there with my family and my kid aged 4. And I was in a non smoking room. But we could not breath since there are others smoking inside the other rooms, and along the emergency exit. As a result the smoke was getting into my room. It was a night mare I had to complaint many times to the hotel management with no responce at all.

Room Tip: Never go to this hotel

Staff are most impolite. No tea bags or coffee bags in the room inspite of having coffee maker on the room. Stress on tourism but none can speak English . Breakfast spread is excellent but service is poor. Lobby air conditioning is poor. Location is good.

My wife & I stayed here in March 2013. I agree with some of the other reviewers, dont go by the pictures you see on the web because what you see is not what you get. There are lots of other hotels offering much more at far lesser the price. Dirty linen, rude staff & average food, the only thing the hotel seemed to be good at was soliciting women for all their guests.

i have stayed there for 3 nights from 09th April 13 to 12th April 13 . The hotel is very big but the staff and the response is very bad. The breakfast is the same every day . no WiFi free in the hotel . They dint change the bed sheets every day . The staff dint know English . overall the experience was not good. The only good thing was that the location is a walk able distance from indira market .

Room Tip: Take the rooms which facing swimming pool .
