“Where business settles for nothing less”
Reviewed June 3, 2009

A centrally located hotel in Bangkok which provides the business traveller all the components of a "wholesome" stay. Right from the staff at the entry through to the reception desk and the process of check in runs very smoothly. The variety of restaurants and quality of food is excellent. Facilities for having meetings and entertaining guests are complete.
I recently got an upgrade to a spa cottage and the ambience and environment in the place is outstanding.
A hotel that never tires to keep its customers satisfied

Situated right in the heart of bangkok - good access to main shopping and business areas. It has a very popular night club with a great bar. Breakfast is good. Rooms are large and confortable. Staff courteous and attentive. Overall a great experience.

Visited Hua Hin after a meeting in BKK and stayed at the Hyatt. It is a really good hotel. Was met upon arrival by friendly staff. Stayed in a club room that comes with free breakfast and cocktails at the regency club lounge. Tried their spa, The Barai. The design is fascinating. The place is so huge but very serene. Truly enchanting! Also checked out the McFarland House. A really nice place to unwind. Overall, I enjoyed this short R&R after a hectic meeting in Bangkok.

O! What a stay!! Will stay only at this hotel in Bangkok. They took such good care of me. The food options are mind blowing. The concierge desk is very good and has real good tips like a travel site.

The room is HUGE and clean with lots of amneties. The pool and spa are amazing. The gym is state of art. The staff is so nice and helpful. makes your stay very pleasurable.

Location is perfect for any traveller.

This Hotel just gives you what you expect from a hotel in this price category.
The breakfast is great, so is the location. Easy access to the shopping madness around this area and siam square. 2 minutes to the MRT station Rajadamri. Walking distance to Lumphini Park.

The room was very quiet, clean, and the entire hotel is very well upkept. The staff makes a very professional and friendly impression. Very pleasant experience.

This hotel will be my 1st choice when staying in Bangkok next time.

Stayed twice on our trip to SE Asia with our 17yrs old son as Bangkok was our start and finish location. Rooms were large and luxurious and service was impeccable. Don't miss the buffet Breakfast, as good or better than any other anywhere (and packaged with unlimited internet in the room for 1400bht/day for the three of us, a great value). I don't believe that we were actually asked our name by any hotel staff member yet was addressed by name by many before even checking in. The Bellman removing my bag from the taxi must have communicated this. Only negative, depending on the wind direction, is the constant smell of incense out on the pool deck from offerings at the Buddhist shrine located next-door. If I return to Bangkok, this will be my home.
