The Hotel is ideally located for the street markets, shopping malls etc. The Sky Train station is only a few minutes walk away. If daring enough there are plenty of tut tuts and motor bike taxi's on the street corners. The Hotel itself is a bit expensive but is really 1st class in all it offers. The Breakfast was very good with a wide range of cooked and cold buffet. We were here as a stop over on our way to Australia and it was great.

Once again we spent 7 nights in the Landmark and were not disappointed. The location of this hotel is excellent with the SkyTrain only 2 minutes walk. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The prices within the hotel are a bit expensive. A coffee and pint of Guinness in the Huntsman was over £10. The hotel is under new management with the Manager having transferred from the Lanrmark in London.

After an initial confusing check-in - they did not read the reservation that our son was travelling with us so no extra bed. It took 3 room changes before we got it right. In saying that, however, we were eventually upgraded to are ire Club room for a small additional cost. These rooms are on the 27-31 floors. Ours is on the corner with fantastic e views from both windows. The beds a per super comfy and amenities first class. The breakfast is amazing catering for all cultures including Western, Thai, Japanese, and Middle Eastern. The gym is huge and well equipped. The pool and au deck are a welcome oasis after a long day shopping. The staff here are very attentive. The location is good - on Sukhimvit Rd right near Nana station. Would definitely stay here again

Room Tip: Get a. Premier. Club corner. Room if the budget allows

We stayed here during the second half of our trip to Thailand. Our first time around was spent at a much cheaper hotel and for the extra $40/night, this place was much better. The location is fabulous, the rooms are clean & the hotel has a great pool. My only complaint would be the cost of the breakfast.

I rate it highly for its spacious room and great location near the "Nana" station. Service is great too. Some of the staff even made the effort to greet the guests by their last name, which helped make the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was of adequate variety and quality.

However, the room which I stayed in is very dated looking and feel unclean, far cry from the pictures on the website. Booking for spa was difficult. The spa's number is always engaged and it took me 2 calls for the front desk to help arrange for an appointment.

I recently stayed at the Landmark with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, respect and helpfulness. We were earlier checking in than we had planned and as our room was not quite ready, we were upgraded to a suite.
Our bedroom was huge with almost everything you could need and more. I say almost as the only thing I felt was missing was a full length mirror, one could easily have been fixed to the inside of the wardrobe. The suite was on a corner of the hotel which meant we had dual aspect windows, giving plenty of light in the rooms.
The living room was comfortable and pleasant, with a 3 piece suite and dining table seating 6. The main bathroom had a large bathtub and a separate enclosed shower. There was also a useful second toilet. Plenty of space was provided for working if you are visiting on business. Our visit was part pleasure and part business and I felt the hotel met all our needs in this respect.
The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and attentive. The choice of dishes at lunch and dinner in the Atrium restaurant was second to none and all cooked and presented to perfection. The little 'taster' deserts were surprisingly of western standard and delicious.
The hotel has a 'Fitness First' on the premises also an excellent spa located near the pool. The treatment we had at iSpa was relaxing and refreshing in very calming and pleasant surroundings.
It was noticed from my passport that I would be there on my birthday and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake brought to the room where they actually sang happy birthday to me...what a special touch and a lovely memory to take away. I have lived in Thailand for almost three years and have never liked my Bangkok visits but this trip has changed my view of the city.
I would definitely recommend a stay at the Landmark, not a cheap hotel but you do get what you pay for.
