The hotel is a bit out of the way from shopping etc, it also needs renevation but the staff in the hotel and at the club floor is excellent, especially Ying who made our stay very comfortable and out of the ordinary. Thanks again Ying for making us feel very special.

Very comfortable, luxurious stay. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. I love the restaurant/ bar options, especially the Tepanyaki bar and Vertigo. This place is a welcome respite from the insanity of the street below.

We stayed there recently with our 18 month old daughter and my parents that were visiting us in the region. The hotel is very comfortable and nice and the facilities are as good as any. We loved the huge breakfast spreads and our daughter loved the pond outside of the restaurant with fish and turtles. The rooms were spacious, we had an office room which was great for us as we could read and relax in it after our daughter was put to bed in the bedroom. The views of the city can be nice if you get a high floor. Overall this is a great hotel in a competitive city for hotel options. And of course, the rooftop bar is a huge added bonus!
