The hotel is a bit out of the way from shopping etc, it also needs renevation but the staff in the hotel and at the club floor is excellent, especially Ying who made our stay very comfortable and out of the ordinary. Thanks again Ying for making us feel very special.

Such a Great Hotel
Very comfortable, luxurious stay. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. I love the restaurant/ bar options, especially the Tepanyaki bar and Vertigo. This place is a welcome respite from the insanity of the street below.

Great hotel in a city filled with good options
We stayed there recently with our 18 month old daughter and my parents that were visiting us in the region. The hotel is very comfortable and nice and the facilities are as good as any. We loved the huge breakfast spreads and our daughter loved the pond outside of the restaurant with fish and turtles. The rooms were spacious, we had an office room which was great for us as we could read and relax in it after our daughter was put to bed in the bedroom. The views of the city can be nice if you get a high floor. Overall this is a great hotel in a competitive city for hotel options. And of course, the rooftop bar is a huge added bonus!

What a Great Hotel
I had booked 3 nights in a deal over the Internet but it had expired.When I approached the hotel with my problem they were more than happy to change the dates which they did not have to do.On arrival I was given an upgrade to a two room suite overlooking the pool.This was a room to die for with everything you could imagine and plenty of room to put your things.And the bathroom !!!!I had a voucher also for a drink at the rooftop bar. Go early as hard to get a seat as it is VERY popular.

Good place to stay
Except the free tut tut service (from hotel to BTS station) there isn't good enough, the environment is good, people there are nice, big bathroom, location is good, you can walk to the BTS station just in 10 mins, everything there is good and recommended to try.

Banayan tree - One of the best.
The Banayan tree is one of the finest hotel chains around. They exceed expectations at every level. I enjoyed my stay at the Banayan tree Bangkok & will recommend them to all fellow travellers.
They also have a river cruise dinner (Apsara) which is also a fantastic experience & should be tried by everyone who is in Bangkok.
