Great hotel for a business trip. Great service and great food - breakfast is a great experience
Rooms are spacious and very nice. However 1 downside - wifi does not work very well which can be really annoying sometimes
Must do if you want to stay downtown, otherwise stay at the airport ( Novotel)

location: ratchaprasong district has lots of high-end shopping malls nearby, plus a mcdonald's and a skytrain station

room: king-size, my goodness it's huge! the bathroom is huge! bed is too soft for my comfort

amenities: bathroom toiletries very nice. desk with lots of stationery and postcards very useful. lots of tea packs. free apples. restaurant food very good

concierge: very helpful in pointing out tourist spots and commuting, plus forwarded some packages and messages

room service: i specifically told them never to fix the room, but someone did anyway, disarranging all my stuff. though i was surprised they gave me a bucket full of ice which i needed for just a 750-ml bottle

This is where we started and finished our Thailand trip. We couldn't resist the special price, we expected a Four Seasons to cost alot more. Iin Europe they are the most expensive, not here!

The location is wonderful, we were close enough to go to the shopping malls and a taxi to Sukumwit Road was fast, except for the Bangkok traffic...

Afternoon in the main lobby was an experience, especially if you are from England and fancy a scone in Bangkok, why not? Impeccably served and presented.

Our room didn't really have a view to speak of. The rooms are designed around an interior atrium with a nice green courtyard below. I loved the bathroom soaps and shampoos, very upmarket d'occitane.

Service was always friendly although they rarely used our name and we got excellent help from the guys at the Concierge for restaurants.

As a former business traveler (now retired) I stayed for many years at this hotel (when it was The Regent). During my recent visit I noticed that many of the longterm staff have remained and are now Four Season's people. This is a sizable, lovely, quiet hotel with a gracious manner, good restaurants, a terrific fitness club and wonderful pool area. The SkyTrain has a station outside the front door that can deliver you quickly to shopping and other places of interest around Bangkok.
The rooms are generous in size and incredibly quiet. A combination of soft and hard pillows are available on a king size bed that I swear is floating on clouds. I have never encountered a room in this hotel that showed signs of wear-and-tear. Everything is maintained to a high standard and that is why it has become a favorite of mine.
The staff are constantly helpful and full of smiles. The breakfast buffet (included) is one of the best I have encountered throughout Asia. The supervisor took me into the kitchen where the chef taught me how to make perfect poached eggs (a lifelong quest).
I usually begin my Asia trips at this hotel. It is an excellent place to decompress from a long flight and since it so quiet, I can fight off jetlag any time of the day.
If you avoid the high season, the hotel usually offers a special buy two nights - get one free during the low season. Treat yourself to a fine hotel experience at the Four Seasons.

We held our wedding Banquet here. It was perfect in every sense. The hotel's sensible expertise in organizing big scale events (470 guests), its attention to detail, its professionalism and its concern for the welfare of everyone of our guests and ourselves was excellent. The food was amazing and of a large variety. The interior decor and the banquet decoration provided by the hotel is as good as the hotel's catalogue (flowers, ice-carving, stage decorations, etc).

The room was spacious, the room service was excellent, and this is in the middle of Bangkok, what more can you ask for?

I found an attractive rate at this property and jumped on it and it was well worth it. The location is perfect for getting around Bangkok via the BTS. They have a superb fitness facility and a delicious buffet brunch that came with the room. Like my stay at the Four Seasons Singapore though, they seem to nickel and dime you for fees and charges at the property. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Bangkok.
