Recommended by BA Holidays, I can't think of a better hotel to stay in if travelling as a woman alone. Staff all courteous and helpful. Pleasantly reassured that they noted when I left and returned to hotel in taxi. Rooms of equal standard to the higher rated Meridien Pyramids in Cairo, the only fault I could really find for the price was the bathroom which looked shabby. Close to Nana Skytrain, most sights easy to get to. Can highly recommend Julie Taxi for airport shuttle and sightseeing - ask for Sam. Starbucks on the corner of Soi 5, tacky fakes on the market all along Sukhumvit Road. Great value and excellent service, definitely recommended for short stays.

This was my families second time at this hotel and we would have no qualms about staying again. The rooms are very generous in size and facilities are very good. The staff are increadably friendly and love kids - definatly a plus. The location is ideal and getting to the sights is no problem. Would definatly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great for anyone who is travelling on a budget. I work in the travel trade and when i stopped at this hotel i was given a site inspection by the sales manager. I saw all the room categories etc and was impressed by all. The location is up a small side street off the main Sukhumvit Road, so only a two min walk to get to the main shops etc. Also close by is the Skytrain Station. The only let down was that on the main Sukhumvit road there is a lot of beggers etc which i have never seen before whilst stopping in other areas. If you can cope with giving a few baht here and there its not a problem. All in all i would reccomed this hotel. Staff attentive, friendly and helpfull. There is also a tour desk in the foyer which will help will arranging excursions etc.

Stayed at the bel air princess in april 2006 my travel agent suggested it,great location but the hotel was a real let down the loby looks very modern, upmarket but the rooms are very tacky not updated since the 80's really hard uncomfortable beds and pillows and the buffet breakfast was just as bad around the pool area tables had food that hadn't been cleaned the 2 hours we were there that combined with more tacky plastic loungers made it look like costa del sol circa 1972 the only thing going for it was the extremly friendly ,helpful staff .
