Staff was friendly, helpful and reliable, especially the bell-boys. Service was great. We were taken good care of during our stay. We got an upgrade for our room as we were traveling as a family when we checked-in. The room was big and clean. Pillows were very comfortable. Bath room was a bit worn down, still clean.

Have stayed here many times over the years. Great hotel. Staff are lovely and the hotel is next door to the MBK shopping centre.
It’s a bit pricey for what it is but in a central location and easy to get around.

Spent three nights at executive level. Initially booked deluxe room but when checking in at 11:00 was told would have to wait until 15:00....So - upgraded to Executive which (of course) had a room ready for check in....Additional cost of 1500 Baht per night. Executive club room on ground floor and does not have breakfast. In general food at club level was good if a bit spicy for my personal taste. Service was excellent there.I think club level should have been located on high floor with a view over the city.

Excellent hotel with perfect location. Easy access to everything around Siam square.
Very good service, security, cleanliness and food options, please try the buffet on Friday and Saturday in the City Bistro - wide variation and good quality/taste of food. Bothe international and traditional cousin from Thailand.
