We stayed there on our return from Phuket.. great location, friendly staff & stylish rooms. Staff were really friendly & helpful.. good security which was important to us..Shopping overload of the same items.

next to MBK is super convenient. can walk straight to the sky train National stadium station. The outdoor pool and gym is great. Didn't have chance to try breakfast. the room is clean but wood floor is a little aged after used.

Stayed a few nights in a room on the 14th floor and this place has it all, bars, restaurants, eateries, great pool, the best gym and is right next door to the biggest shopping centre you would ever wish to see. It’s like the markets but better and is on three levels. Walk straight from the hotel thought a connecting walkway and away you go.
It is located a bit away from the touristy type places and a 45 minute or so drive from the international airport, is close to the train station but taxis are in abundance and the staff are really helpful if you need to get around. The hotel has a tourist desk and concierge for your help. They were great.
The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious with everything you could need on hand.
If you are in Bangkok, consider this place as somewhere to stay. You won’t be disappointed.
Room tip: Check out the executive suites if they are within budget?

Best hotel in Bangkok. Outstanding services on all levels. This is a hotel to stay in when you come to Bangkok. The hotel is surrounding with high end shopping malls and hotel is close to everything. The MRT is a walking distance.

The room is clean and the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel very easy to access to sky train at national stadium and link to MBK shopping mall. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.

not wow or impressed could be much better
worst breakfast ever, Breakfast very long lines and slow service, time to wait in line is more than time you spend to eat. Waiters don't care.
Reception did not care when i made a request to merge my previous stay profiles as i have stayed more than 6 times. They did not even bother to offer me a loyalty card.
