Spent 2 nights there. Room clean, and neat. Safe for valuable is available in room. TV programs plentiful. Air-conditioning was good. Reception service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nice and lots of varieties.

Good location @ Ratchathewi Station. About 10 mins walk to MBK and other shopping malls However, no free wifi available at lobby, and hot water was chargeable.

For info, taxi driver not accepting meter reading. Wifi is available at the coffee cafe at the next building.

A central hotel for the BTS station and the shopping mall is a 10 min walk. There are food stalls out the front of the hotel. The taxi service was good,we hired a taxi for the day to go to the floating market, the Grand Palace, jade Budha etc and the price was much better than doing a tour.

This hotel should not be rated four stars for many reasons First, this is an outdated hotel whose only claim to fame is direct access to the Rajatawee BTS station. Please note there is no hotel staff at this entrance to assist you with your bags.. Second the hotel is dimly lit throughout making it feel dreary and hard to see changes in floor levels. Many of the hotel stores on the second floor are closed and several of those that remain are very dated. Like other hotels this hotel appears to cater to package tour groups. I feel the downside of having tour groups is the individual traveler is ignored. For example we were awoken very late at night by people talking very loudly in the hallway. Several calls to the front desk went unanswered. If nobody is on duty then the phone needs to ring to another staffed location. A call to the duty manager brought an unconcerned response. Nobody from hotel management ever spoke to us about the situation.
The room we stayed in was small and the window looked at a blank wall. The bathroom had a shower that was OK for a very short person. The shower did not drain quickly and you were left standing in water while showering. The toilet also required repeated flushing. There is no free bottled water just a special tap in the bathroom.
The hotel does not have free wi-fi and charges ฿400/hour. I know ripping off the foreign tourist is a favorite pass time and many guest are willing to be fleeced. Another example of rip off is using a taxi. When we departed the hotel the taxi we got was a metered taxi. However, the driver decided to turn off his meter and wanted to charge a flat rate of ฿350.to Don Muang Airport The driver indicated the other taxis in front of the hotel charge ฿750 for the same trip. Needless to say we got out and got a metered taxi and paid ฿161.

Room Tip: Some rooms face a blank wall and some rooms have twin beds. So when booking online it is difficult t...

Its very convenient for all.Good location and Its on the BTS and easy acces to all shopping malls. The rooms are clean and we had a good stay. The only problem we had there was no wifi in the rooms. Rooms were ok but the food was not that good. The service was good and the staff was very friendly.

The location of this hotel is very good. My main complaint is that there is no free wifi in the room. It cost 200 baht per 20 minutes to connect to the net in the room. Had to go down to the lobby in order to use the internet. My wife needs to be in contact with our daughter in Doha and the rest of our family in Manila during our stay in Thailand. She was not happy about having to go to the lobby to access the internet. I chose this hotel, so I am in trouble and will never hear the end of this. This is not a cheap hotel and one would think that it would include free wifi in the rooms. There are many cheaper hotels in Bangkok that do have free wifi in rooms.
We chose this hotel because of location, bathtub in room, and swimming pool. Our grandson was traveling with us and he loves to swim and take a bath.
The hotel is in need of renovation, the rooms are worn and the bathroom fixtures are old and worn out. Water pressure in our room is very low.
The staff were friendly for the most part, but their English understanding was poor..The breakfast included in the room price was ok, but the food was rather cold. We only booked for 2 nights and are very glad about that. We found another hotel nearby that was cheaper and included wifi in the rooms.
Overall this hotel is ok, but for my needs it does not measure up. I would not stay here again.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the upper floors. Better rooms and less noise.

Stayed here a total of 3 nights. It is an adequate hotel if you don't mind it being rather run down and shabby. The rooms aren't cleaned between guests very well, as I found a few previous occupants' hairs in various places. However, for the price you can't expect much and it is right on the BTS, which means a lot less perspiration getting on a train.

Room Tip: Make sure you keep your receipt for the deposit, or they will try and keep it.
