I stayed here for 6D5N and it was a great stay but fraught with minor details that ought to have been done. The rooms were big, and toiletries were provided and readily topped up. The air-conditioning was amazing, given how hot the weather was.

On the flip side, the kitchenette was inadequately stocked. They provided knifes, but there was no chopping board. They provided soup bowls instead of standard bowls. We had 4 pax, but only 2 sets of cutleries. Room service was slow. And I realised that the room though made-up was done sloppily, as I found hair I left on the carpet, still present after the room was supposedly made-up. And the bath tub left as it were because we hung clothes over it therefore they presumed we did not use it- when actually there was hair present within it.

The service was excellent though, and staff were friendly and ever-ready to help. The hotel is situated in a good location on a street filled with coffee and cafe joints (the starbucks is nothing short of amazing). Chitlom was a walk away, and the street was safe. But with hygiene in mind, I won't be returning.

I stayed here in 2 bedroom apartment with my family of 4 people for 3 nights. The hotel is good and the staffs are friendly.
Only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The spread is not good and the choices are limited.
The hotl is not too far away from from the shopping areas but still one will need to hire a cab or use the train service to go to any shopping place.
Barring the breakfast everything in this hotel is very good and the stay is comfortable,

Brilliant place to stay. The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable. While booking I was told that there would be a washer and dryer inside the room but there wasn't . The television didn't offer enough sports channels to cover the football matches so was disappointed. A very good location, just an 8 minutes walk to the childlom BTS station
The only displeasing thing to see was the enormous amount of Arabs staying there and swimming in the pool with their borqa's even though it clearly said PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE was required. Complained a few times about that but to no avail. Other than this Massive problem my stay was brilliant

Changed over to Marriott (see my prev comments on Urbana Sathorn) and find myself happy for making that decision. Great location, near to my meeting place and near to both high end and street food. Room is well equipped and everything works. Front desk is very pleasant and helpful. Although apartment is smaller than Urbana, total experience was better. Can't understand decor though...a bit Japanese, a bit paisley English...but its modern enough without looking dated. Breakfast spread is very good.... good enough for a lunch buffet. Will definately stay here again on next BKK trip.

Room Tip: Ask for higher floor room facing away from street. Some rooms face another apartment building 20 ft away

Well equipped rooms with an excellent service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to this hotel but we have no doubt that we will come again. Away from all the hustle and bustle but location is close to most of the key attractions in the city. Within a short walk, any restaurants and coffee shops are available.
