“Great property in a great location”
Reviewed November 30, 2013

I really enjoyed my stay in this wonderful property. A serviced apartment property managed by the Accor Group, offers great comfortable and large suites with kitchen in a wonderful location (5-min walking distance to Ploenchit BTS). Very nice staff, great restaurant (that was sub-leased to Le Notre, but that was actually the last day of operation). Lots of nice and decent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was OK, not matching the property style though.

After a flight of about 12 hours , the Bucharest- Istanbul - Bangkok , here we are at your destination : Bangkok , the city that never sleeps , the time difference is only 5 hours from Romania . At a stay under 15 days inform the embassy I chose Visa on arrival which is given in the airport for a period of 14 days. Having booked the hotel car , we were greeted in the baggage waiting a nice guy , smiling that handled all the formalities within 10 minutes without descebalim our car was already waiting for us in front Aeroprtul . After a transfer which took about 30 minutes here we are at the hotel.

Formalities lasted very little, the staff is very welcoming and smiling , thirsty to inform you of any surrounding you .

The room is huge , clean , equipped with kitchen and huge lving a breathtaking panorama . High speed Internet , breakfast varied and tasty .

The hotel is located in quiet area Langsuan Road, where you are surrounded by luxury hotels, spas and too few vendors ... Any source movement is convenient to choose taxi, tuk - tuk and train station is 5 minutes away.

I recommend this hotel.

A section to describe the madness of Bangkok city .

I just spent a few nights at Natural Ville--but it's just been sold and so one of its best perks-Le Notre restaurant--is gone. Now the entrance is a bit odd--tables have been placed in the natural entrance. The breakfast still has great coffee, but it's gotten away from the lovely yogurt cups and cheese tray to a more typical Chinese breakfast buffet (which I don't really like). The wait staff is not attentive the way they used to be...However, the omelette guy does a fine job, and the fruit is nice but the spread isn't quite as lovely as it was. No room service and everything seems a bit ad hoc.
However, for the price, it's still a great place to stay. Great location. Great outdoor pool. Nice staff. The standard room I stayed in this time was very nice!

I love baths and the bath tub is just right. In the suite I had on a previous visit there was a separate shower, so I'd not understood what people were talking about wrt flooding...but there is a pre-emptively placed towel in the standard rooms.

I suspect Natural Ville will find its way. Right now, it's a toss-up.

Stayed 3 nights. 1 bedroom apartments are massive, great for drinks in a large group. We had 4 rooms, and only one of the rooms had flat screen tv's, and modern entertainment. We were lucky to stay in this newly renovated room. While the other rooms were neat and clean (all bathrooms were new), they still were a little outdated. Pool area is sparse and small, just 8 lounges. That's it nothing else (but water). No Bar no service, nothing but a plane pool. Breakfast was adaquite. Enough variety to please most, but for a 4.5 star rated hotel needs some work. Eggs were orderd at the bar and poached took a while to be delivered. Pastry's were the best, very fresh. Watched a stray cat jump up on a table and start drinking milk from one of the milk pots. Staff just schooed the cat away and did'nt replace the milk. Mini mart located across the road was very handy. This is a great place to stay if your in Bangkok for business. As a tourist on a short stay, look for something with more in-house amenities. Location is good if you dont mind walking to the skyrail, (10 minute walk). Friendly staff. Overall OK

Really great location, staff are fantastic. The place is being refurbished so no bar or restaurant at the moment (unless you consider sitting on the sidewalk a part of the hotel). Not great views as the place is a construction zone (not a big problem though... you are in a city)... Internet access is ok, and on speed with Thailand, but my main urks are the attention to detail. I have rented a lot of city center short term apartments before and it is simple things like no tea towel, no scouring pad, no cleaning equipment etc. and claiming to have a fully fitted kitchen but not having a kettle just takes the piss... It is a large hotel room, adding a fridge and cooker doesn't make it a serviced apartment. Great place, but it is the simple things that let this location down.

We stayed at a studio room which is a big NO-NO!
The bathroom was terrible. There was no way to shower without splitting water all over the place.
Plus the room did not have a full body mirror, which I very much appreciate.
Breakfast was less than good. We ended up choosing to have it in a Starbucks nearby.
On top of all that the day I decided to relax by the pool, I learned it was closed for maintenance. As if I needed any other letdown!
The only 2 good things were the very friendly staff and the hotel location.

Room Tip: Do not stay in a Studio Room

We stayed with our three young kids. Staff were extremely friendly, room was high quality and big so we could sleep them all comfortably. And the location is great for BTS, local shops, restaurants and the park. A great choice for families.
