The location is less than a five-minute walk from Khaosan Road, but very quiet a night when staying in a room that faces the canal on the back side. The sound proofing inside the hotel is also quite good so that I could not hear sound coming from other guests. Right outside the hotel, there were many street vendors selling all kinds of snacks and fruits for very cheap prices. I also liked the balcony, the large bathroom, and the reception workers were all friendly and helpful.
When venturing out to a certain location, the reception workers were happy to write the name of the place in Thai letters. Two pieces of advice: 1. If needing a taxi to the airport, go out to the street to find a taxi yourself. It will likely be 1/2 price of asking the hotel to book a taxi. 2. The on-site travel agent is friendly, but not much help as he only recommends trips which are super expensive by Thai standards.More
