I have been to Long Table a few times as I love the view and the food but of late I've found the waiting staff very rude. I am happy to pay the high prices Long Table charges for drinks and food as you are paying for quality but if your client facing staff never smile, look down on certain people and are generally hard work then people won't return.
I would like to add some of the staff were great but if the waitress is a nightmare then nothing else matters. Improve the service with some smiles and willingness to assist and you have a winning formula. If not then people will soon get tired of paying top dollar.
