Great cheap and efficient way to get to and from the airport! Very impressed!

You can use connecting lines to get to a lot of other locations in Bangkok

“Fast way to Central Bangkok”
Reviewed May 5, 2014

I had used this service again during my trip in Bangkok and I think this is the best transportation from Bangkok Suwannaphumi International Airport to Central Bangkok.
So when you landed at Bangkok Suwannaphumi International Airport please go down to B Level and choos station that you want to go such as Makkasan Station that you can catch MRT Petchburi to go to Sukhumvit or Ladprao or Phayathai Station that you can catch BTS Phayathai to Mochit or Siam Center
So you can save your money for taxi ans use not more than 50 THB for 1 way from or to Bangkok Suwannaphumi International Airport
Eventhough you have a bag that you can go through the train with comfortable way and elevator.

“Crammed in rush hours”
Reviewed May 5, 2014

Wasriginally built for tourists coming and going to the airport. Problem is if you have a large bag you may not be able to get on due to all the ;local workers using it instead. Choose your time wisely.

Spent 70thb from airport to my hotel destination. On way from my hotel back to airport this shuttle was not yet operating as it was 3:30am so I had to take a taxi for 440thb!

“Fast, efficient, clean and cheap”
Reviewed May 4, 2014

What's not to like? A taxi trip to my hotel took over an hour and cost 400 baht with the airport surcharge and tolls. The airport sky train was about 60 baht and took around 45 minutes.

There were demonstrations and riots during my Bangkok stay. Demonstrators closed roads and interchanges which make traffic even worse that it typically is in Bangkok. The sky train helped you by pass all of that congestion.

Is it easy? Well sorta. I'm not intuitive about mass transit. Several people had to help me on my journey but they did. Just look confused and someone is bound to help you. If not pull out a map and lint to where you want to go and even if they don't speak English they will help you or find someone who can. That's been my experience throughout Thailand.
