I stayed in this hotel thinking that it has a swimming pool and hotel building is like shown on net showing pools in centre of two hotel buildings. When I reached in the street after 3 rounds we found that the hotel Smileroom is the same which is shown as '20 Boutique Suits'. We parked taxi in enquired about the Smileroom hotel to some ladies with a washing machine and a heap of cloths. They said that this is the same. where is lobby? no lobby. where is welcome desk? they dialed a number and said that this is reception. Over phone one lady said that you are at the same hotel which you booked and pay the entire rent to the watchman and enter the room which they show. We asked where is swimming pool and the building shown near by pool? They said that the room and building is the same and that one with swimming pool has VIP Rooms only. we said just show us the VIP rooms and we will pay for those rooms. They said All VIP rooms are booked already. We Said them to only show the building of VIP rooms but they failed. We were having no option but to stay there or search for any other hotel. At the 11th hour it was tough job for us. We called the Police. The police suggested a good idea that once you stay in the room they show to you and then walk to police station, After a report they will call for the property owner after that only they can help you. We thanked the co operation extended by the Police and moved to look at the room.
The room was good and specious enough. The bath room was very small. AC was good. Overall the room was good and was paying the amount what we paid to the Hotel 600 Bath per day. Forget about any room service or any Hotel type facility. Actually you are staying in a one room studio flat and not in a Hotel.
After much disappointment about mis representation on Net photos we were satisfied with the room and stayed there well. After returning home when I checked the photos again on net, I found that all other photos were genuine and actual but the photo showing swimming pool was fake.
The Hotel is exactly 1 km (Not 300 meter as stated on Net) from Sutthisthan MRT Station. Taxi for 37 to 40 bath will carry you up to the said hotel. Only watchman was there as whole and sole in charge of said hotel. He was even having no receipt for the amount paid by us nor any bill book. Only one register to enter name of guest was the total office of the Hotel. We enjoyed it like living in our home and not in a Hotel.
We booked the Hotel through Booking.Com and suggest to delete the swimming pool idea to represent the hotel properly.
