I tried to check in as walking customer.
I asked to show me room first and duty maneger refused to do so.after so many dialogues he agreed( very arrogant person).first impression of room was very bad , thick smell of dampness.even two bed room apartment was not sufficient for
3 adults and a child.one person to be accomodated on sofa .after that when i agreed and took my suitcase out of the taxi , he asked me how many days you want to stay , i said 2 days. He again refused me saying minimum stay 3 days, and sent me back. Very bad service. That duty manager should be not a part of hotel industry,?More
