We stayed for three nights and wish we had longer! Great hotel, super amenities and wonderful staff. Great connection straight from hotel to bts (surasak). Amazing infinity pool! Wonderful breakfast (congee and noodle soup) not just american/european. We loved you; thx for everything!

We had a great stay here, this was my second visit and I will be back. They have great restaurants and have the sky rail that is accessible from level 3. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We were upgraded after a leek in the air conditioning. It was amazing!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 4 young adults. The location is perfect for exploring Bangkok. The infinity pool and luxurious rooms were perfect to relax after our adventuring. All the staff was very accommodating when it came to getting taxis and storing our luggage after checkout.

Simply wonderful for our 2 night stay in Bangkok. This hotel is a class act, combining luxe details with a friendly, welcoming vibe that didnt feel too grand or stuffy. Our 5 year old son loved it here as did we, who were looking for luxury despite travelling with a young child. We were welcomed warmly and upgraded to a fabulous room with breathtaking city views. We ducked out of sight seeing in a hot and sticky Bangkok, instead opting to spend all day by the rooftop infinity pool where you can look down on the bustling city, whilst sipping cocktails and eating delicious food. The staff at Blunos (the poolside bar and restaurant) couldnt have been more welcoming and were absolutely charming with our son who took up residence at the bar watching football and eating chips! Breakfast buffet was amazing also. The hotel is also directly connected to the Skytrain so very easy to get around if you did want to leave. We'll definitely be back if we're lucky enough to be in Bangkok again.

My family and I stayed here for a total of 9 nights. We took the executive sky room with lounge access. We were on the 29th floor which afforded us beautiful views of the city. The room was a decent size and the beds very comfortable. We took twin beds in one of our rooms and I would say the bed size is about 1and a half times the size of a UK single bed so very adequate for one person. The only disappointment with the room was that the shower really wasn't powerful at all. A small gripe is that the toilet roll is such poor but I have found that to be a universal problem in Thailand.
The staff at this hotel are fantastic from front doorman to concierge to executive lounge. They cannot do enough for you. A big shout out to Lak and Wit in the exec lounge who were truly amazing.
The canapes/food and drink in the exec lounge are well worth the extra money in my opinion. The chef works hard to come up with innovative and delicious creations for the guests. Most nights we saw him overseeing the set up of the food. He really cares about guest enjoyment of his food.
I did venture to the 5th floor to check out the regular breakfast buffet twice but it was such chaos that I quickly returned to the peacefulness of the exec lounge.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars had it not been for the poor service we got in the Chef Man restaurant on the 3rd floor. The food was good to be sure but they cannot wait to get you out and have the table back and they also kept messing our order up which could been forgiven had we not waited so long for it in the first place. We ate here twice so it was definitely not an isolated incident.
I used a laundry a couple of doors along from the hotel, in the building attached to the Family Mart store 2 minutes walk from the hotel. They will automatically charge you for washing and ironing so do make sure you tell them wash and fold only as this is much cheaper. The wash and iron was 200 baht a kilo.
The biggest selling point aside from the wonderful staff at this hotel has to be the fact that it is directly linked to Surasak BTS. A few stops from here and you are at MBK shopping centre which takes a matter of 10 mins in a wonderfully air-conditioned train which cleanliness puts London Underground to shame! There's a lot to be said for a no eating and drinking policy on trains that is respected rather then imposed.

Room tip: Higher floors with lounge access
