The hotel looks quite new. The skytrain stop is very useful. Neighbourhood is ok, not noisy at all. Breakfast is super, the cook makes tasty soups. Rooms, staff, hall... everything more than ok. Total recommended.

I was amazed how this 4 star hotel makes you feel like you in a 5 star. Just arriving to the hotel you know you are going to have a great time. Coming out of a poor 4 star hotel in silom, the Eastin Grand was a great choice to feel good about Bangkok. Here are tips and good things:
- Taxis are always available at entrance
- when returning to hotel, tell taxi driver to take you to Surasak BTS station. If you mention any hotel name they want to charge you more. Ask for meter to used. If they do, then be kind to give a tip.
- glass house restaurant provides good ala carte food and good service
- infinity pool is a must. Place to relax and watch sunset. Sip cocktails. Or have a snack while you dip your feet in the water. Lots of beds on the floor to enjoy
- fitness centre is Worldcall with advanced Technogym equipments. Great weights area. Lovely bathrooms same floor as pool
- check in is fast. Check out was fast too.
- rooms were excellent and newness is a good feeling.
- easy to get to many tourist and shopping areas so location is okay.
- sky bridge direct to trains is a pleasure.

Seems like you cannot go wrong with Eastin Grand. I will this now on top of my list for my next visit. Try it out. It's worth the spend. Good for business travelers. Families and just holiday makes. Even party people !!!

Great rooms, very clean and nicely decorated. Restaurants (tried 2 of the 3) serve very good food and the overall service good. Swimming pool on the 14th floor is beautiful and great experience. Another big plus is the direct connection to the BTS (seperate exit on the third floor, cross the bridge and enter the BTS).

The location and access to Sky train cannot be beat. It is wonderful to have a separate walkway from the hotel to the train station. We were upgraded to a river view room, even though we arrived way early than check-in. Most American hotels do not let you check-in 6 hours before the check-in time, but the front desk staff at Eastin saw the weary look on your face after an overnight flight and allowed us to check-in without an additional charge. They even upgraded us to a river view room. Now that's what I call service.

The breakfast is scrumptious with western and eastern items. You can get your eggs, bacon, pancakes and dim sum at the same time. Everything was delectable. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranges tours, taxis, and restaurant reservations for us. The infinity pool on the 16th floor is a must-see...with stellar views of Bangkok. Both restaurants serve excellent food.

I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service, great location adjoining Surasak BTS in Sathorn, close to the main pier for journeys to the iconic Wats.

Rooms are impressive, with large beds in our twin room. Infinity pool and surrounding deck area are great, with a good gym. Excellent breakfast.

Room Tip: High floor, river view
