Edited as Trip adviser suggested:
Me and our family members recently visited this hotel, and needless to say that we were utterly disappointed. When we first arrived at this hotel, one of the porters started behaving very aggresively towards us without a reason. We were totally surprised as we just stepped into the hotel. But later on we understood that was because we happened to be sri lankans. These porters must have had a bad experience with one of ours or may be but now they treat all people from other Asian countries as such people in the same manner that needed to be treated hard. They were accompanied by the receptionist all the time who eventually shouted at us, just because we asked for asking kettles for our rooms which they have advertised as compliments to our rooms.

1) Another major issue that we noted was, even though this particular hotel was advertised as a three stars hotel, this can never be even compared to a one star hotel which can be found in our country (i.e. Sri Lanka.).

2)They have listed down a set of compliments that come with the room type, for ex: hair dryers and kettles for deluxe rooms but we never even get them or neither the staff was willing to give them even we asked.

3)Not only that but the basic necessities such as soap and shampoo were not provided for us. When we request only they come up with one little soap bar.

4)One of the most dangerous and important thing to remember if you happened to stay in this hotel even by some tragic situation, then always be very specific about what they have provided for you and inform a list of things you receive when you arrived at the hotel. Because later on when you check out the receptionist will try to bill for items that were never in your room but He/she will insist that those items were there.

5)The other most tiresome thing was the breakfast that they provide. We had to stay there for 6 days due to the unavailability of rooms in other hotels, and we were provided the same breakfast each and everyday which lead us to skip the last day breakfast and have some biscuits instead.

6)The receptionists who work in shifts, will not like us asking them any questions or even assistance in going out in Bangkok. The moment you raise a question towards them (Even if it is a simple one like what is for breakfast?) they will become very rude and aggressive towards us without a reason. It's like we are staying there for free of charge and they are doing us a favor.

7)If we ask too many questions even if they have charged us for something we didn't do, then they will bring down the Thai police. In such a situation call the tourist police or the relevant embassy of your country for assistance and to stop being mugged.

We were always under Duress the whole time we stayed in Bangkok just because of the way, these people behaved and on the last day when we were about to leave the hotel to reach airport, we had an argument with the receptionist about an additional charge for a late checking out room, and this Hotel which is happened to be friendly towards it's guests acted in a manner which I don't think any Hotel who expects customers would behave such. So I basically felt it is my responsibility to share this type of exhaustive and Arbitrary experience as it would be helpful to anyone to make up their minds also in addition to preparation goods when planning a visit to Bangkok.
Thanks!

We were staying in this hotel for a six days. But staff treats their own customers inhuman manner. Specially the two receptionist work in in front desk. I will never ever go to Thailand because of the experience i had during my stay in this hotel. My advice is just because you want a cheap hotel don’t select this hotel. This will ruin everything you have planned.
Receptionist is behaving like racist and I heard they were scold us low cast people just because we came from Sri Lanka. How can this type of people allow working in hotels? On top of this hotel does not have any management to complain and receptionist act like they own this hotel. Porters are very lazy and unhelpful. They ask us to carry their duties. this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life time

We stayed in this hotel during mid of Oct 2013 when we visited Bangkok. Our travel agent booked this hotel which was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. We had our lifetime worst hotel experience while staying in this horrible place.

1. The reception staff (both day and night shifts) are extremely rude. We booked deluxe rooms with tea making facility as per their own hotel website. But there were no kettles inside rooms and when these were requested, the day shift receptionist got really angry and shout at us.

2. The rooms are old, smells bad, dirty bathrooms. No soaps. For the six days we stayed, they didn't change bed sheets or blankets and didn't clean bathrooms.

3. The bell boys are also rude. We had to bring our bags up to the lift for him to take them down.

4. The food are even worst. Only have breakfast and that too is very basic and same everyday. There are menus in rooms but they don't provide room service. When we asked for lunch on our first day, they suggested that we go out for food.

5. They will try to impose additional charges wherever possible. On the last day, we kept one room for late checkout at 6pm as our flight was at 10.55pm. We were ready for checkout at 6pm but the bell boy did not come to take our bags. Eventually we managed to come down to reception about 5-10 minutes pass 6pm. The rude night shift receptionist with long hair very rudely asked us to pay for full rate for the room as we did not hand over the key at 6pm. When we disagreed, the receptionist said that she will not allow us to leave and called police. The van driver also sided with the hotel and did not allow us to get in. Finally our travel agent had to intervene to sort out the matter. They did not charge us eventually but this drama really gave us an unforgettable end to our Bangkok tour. So if someone wants peace of mind never think about this terrible hotel with the worst reception staff.

The receptionists and bell boys in this hotel also insulted our home country. It appeared that they think we were staying for free there. We had to remind them that we are their guests and it is their duty to serve us. We extremely suggest that this hotel should not be considered even for one night if you want a pleasant stay in Bangkok. The hotel and staff with no smile at all are there to make your trip horrible as much as possible.

Hotel near to the skyline and train to the airoport also (about 700 m).
Around the hotel is nothing, you cant find nothing to look at and neariest market about 350 m.
Dont eat there, breakfast are terrible. Nothing is taste.
The whole hotel was smeled like someone pee in hotel corridors.
The service is poor, receptionists will try to get extra money, beware when you enter the room, check if everything is ok and you realy have all the staf including drink and noodelse. They try to get money for lying that you ate or drunk something that even wasnt.
The noise is 24 hours a day.
The 99% of customers are indian or malasian, very noise.
Not recomend this hotel at all.

Try to find another one.

Room Tip: No good rooms at all.
