Hotel was clean, neat and quiet big for that price, however the location really hard to find and the front desk/hotel staff not really helpful thou, I stayed there for two nights and good things from this hotel is their pool roof top , that's the main reason I still ok with it. you need to walk 10 minutes to get a cab which the main road an the hotel provide you mini bus to drop you at the main road but you need to ask the schedule of the minibus , the available of minibus every one hour I guess. overall , was ok for the value money.

Room Tip: ask hotel staff for the schedule minibus, otherwise you need to walk little bit further to the main...

The hotel is cheap, yes. However our rooms stank of sewage and it was a nightmare for taxi's to find. The food was horrendous at breakfast and staff could be rude at times , I assume the cheap price does not include good service.

Room Tip: Don't think there could be a good room

Stayed here on two separate occasions, as I was pleased with my stay the first time around. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modernly furnished. Opted out of the breakfast option so can't comment on that, however, rooftop pool was the main reason behind my stay here. Hotel is centrally located, close to Lumpini park and Skytrains and nightlife as well as night markets are a short distance away.

Would suggest the hotel to invest in more lounge chairs for pool area, as during peak hours of noon-2pm, it is full and if you're not there early, there is no where to sun bathe.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a city view, as you can get nice sunsets from your room if its facing the west s...

I had a pleasant stay. The check in was quick and efficient. Front Desk Manager Khun Pui was friendly.
My 3 nights were good, the room was well kept.
BUT on the check out morning, they forgot to give me my wake up call and book my taxi, although I reminded them again the night better.
A good stay spoilt by the last minute stressful rush to the airport.

I got a flight + hotel from Thai Airways. It was a very good deal but i didn't expect the poor quality of the hotel. First of all the location is really hard to find. Most taxi drivers don't know the exact location even we provided them with the detailed address. The driver drove along the same street for 3 times looking for the hotel. Finally we decided to get off and look for it by ourselves. We didn't expect it was hidden at the lane behind at all! It takes about 15 mins walk from the BTS station to the hotel. I was extremely tired after a whole day shopping and sightseeing, still I need to walk 15 mins back to the hotel....and the street was so dark, dirty and stinky (ppl place garbages along the street) at night!

It was raining during one night of our stay. The next morning, we found a pool of water near the window and under the bed.

Normally, I could use the phone installed at the room to make a call to outside, so I didn't purchase any local sim card plan. But then it was not the case in this hotel. The phone they provided could only make calls to the operator! Luckily the front desk staff are nice and friendly, they were willing to lend their phone to us.

Room large enough and clean, pool good, a little bit shallow but also clean and with an amazing view, staff friendly and helpful. Cheap. Little bit hard to find so always carry their card which has directions on it. I used the place as a base for sightseeing (staying 3 nights) and I would be quite happy to stay there again.

The pools seems to be close all the time. building is acceptable in terms of moderately clean and neat. however, the hotel is located quite deep in alley. Need to walk about 10mins to main road. They only had tuk tuk ferry to main road every hour. On foot from hotel to BTS is about 20 mins walk. Rooms are reasonablely modern design and bath room clean. Nice enough place to sleep for the price. Traffic jams in the evening in the area is really bad if your going back to hotel by taxi. We were stuck in traffic along that main road for almost 1hour. We got off and walk on foot back.
