I usually stay at the nearby places when I visit BKK but this time I wanted to try something new.
This place has no online booking so you've to know how to contact them directly on email or phone.
It's in the middle of the partying ongoing in Soi Nana Tai so if sleep is one of your priorities, you may want to stay somewhere else. Also, partying aside, the area is popular for sex workers so if you or your kids are sensitive to the matter, definitely this is not for you.
The price is fair, they have a choice of "back" or "front" rooms. Back ones are smaller but quieter (relatively). I didn't stay in the Front rooms but the Back ones are fine.
The place is quite clean, relatively new (as of Mar 2012) and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
Don't expect a 5 star hotel, though... this is a clean, down to earth and convenient place which is very reasonably priced and will satisfy you if you're not looking for luxury.
Only down note: the TV channels selection is not great but, hey, we are here for the partying, right? :)
