hotel within walking distance to the MRT and Skytrain. Great location for getting around. Staff are really helpful and friendly. They gave us many helpful answers that helped us plan our itinerary and find nearby food and shopping areas. Hotel facilities are clean, new and well maintained. Toiletries are complete and the bed is VERY COMFORTABLE. Highly personalised service that makes my stay really pleasant. May not come back to it though, because travelling in Thailand is best done by taxi and sukhumvit is not central bangkok, so taxi fares may be slightly more expensive.

during my recent family visit to Bangkok, i stayed at the citypoint hotel for 6 nights. very clean, centrally located, close to the skytrain station. room was modern, clean, and the beds are comfy. the staff is very helpfull and friendly but the language barrier, like in many parts of bangkok is an issue, they are willing tohelp you but sometimes you have to resort to sign laguage to make your point across. The included breakfast was good but simple, no menu to choose from, scramble eggs, bacon, toast, sausage, juice, coffee, and a plate of fresh fruits everyday, rain or shine, so if you want something different you will have to go on your won and venture outside the hotel. overall was a god experience.

Room Tip: in that part of the world the hotels dont hace a room with two queen size beds, its either a one kin...

Initially, the hotel was rather hard to find. However, after exploring a little on the first day, we realise the location was pretty accessible. The rooms were really beautiful although the toilets were rather small. The toiletries were incomplete so do remember to bring your own set! The best part of this trip is the staff. They are friendly and personal and makes the trip really enjoyable. They are very helpful and you can ask them just about anything and they will do their best to get you the answers!

I am fussy and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. It's a new hotel, somewhat difficult to find but right on Asoke junction and 2 mins away from the MRT station and Sukhumvit Road. The rooms are small but well-presented, staff are attentive, internet is free and super-fast (measured at 10.3 mb on speedtest). One fault, breakfast is unimaginative.

Room Tip: Standard room is very small even for one person. Take a superior or deluxe.

Stayed for a night here in mid July. Booked and arranged my stay over email which was effortless and efficient. The person responding to my emails was very helpful and responsive. :)
Location is fantastic. Very very close to both BTS and MRT systems.
I was a bit taken aback when I arrived as the sign said to turn into a small alley. At first, it seemed a little dodgy but the hotel is only about 10-15meters into the alley and looks like a little oasis amongst the dated and old import/export shophouses. This is obviously a converted property previously being a business aforementioned, I suppose.

Being a newish hotel, everythings looks, well, new. Contemporary design, boutique-ish, cosy. Room is smallish, decentful furnished and has everything I would expect in any business hotel (though I don't think this is a business hotel). Bathroom is a bit of a squeeze, as is the shower recess. I like the bathroom design where the wall is glass and frosted at the right areas. More than enough TV channel choices are available and the free WiFi (& wired if you so need) is great. I had 3 WiFi devices on me and the reception staff were more than happy to provide me with 3 access passwords.

Breakfast is so-so. Plated, sit down meal with the standard fair which was eggs done whichever way you like, toast, baked beans, bacon, sausage. Nothing to shout about, but appreciated.

My only complaint is that the room's walls seem to be made out of cardboard, with almost zero sound-proofing. I was unfortunate enough to have a room on the 2nd floor which is really a mezzanine and the windows open to the dining area below (maybe that's why it was such great value). I could hear the constant music being played in the lobby, though it wasn't very loud at all.... just loud enough to be a little annoying. What was immensely annoying was having a noisy family in the neighbouring room.

I would probably give this place a rating of 5 if it weren't for the noise and lack of soundproofing. Will I be back? For a personal trip, yes for sure... but I'll be sure to ask for a room that's not on the mezzanine...err, I mean 2nd floor.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor, the 2nd floor rooms are really on a mezzanine floor with windows to the lobb...

Brand new hotel in the center of Bangkok. Clean, brite colors and very modern. The hotel deserves good ratings for it's service but the redlight district near and the fact that it's situated in not the best part of Bangkok center makes it unattractive to book again.

Pros:
Staff treats their guests like in an A+ 5 star hotel, service in Thai style. Fantastic. They listen to every wish. We had noisy neighbours and we could change our room immediately with help from staff. Breakfast served quickly, waiter takes good care of every table. Free fast Wifi. The BEST beds in Thailand so far and we've tried quite a lot. Clean rooms with modern bathroom.

Cons:
Ceiling of hotel sometimes reaches max around 6 ft, which means that you have to watch out for your head if you're around that height. Standard rooms are too small for 2 guests + suitcases. The area around the hotel is not recommendable for families nor couples. When you walk out the hotel, the best thing is to walk to the Skytrain or take a taxi immediately. Many homeless sleeping on the street, fast traffic passing by and redlight districtt at walking distance. Ideal hotel to stay 1-2 nights while on your way to another city. No food can be ordered in the hotel for roomservice, there are no shops or restaurants nearby to fullfill your needs. Breakfast seems to be limited to toast, sausages and fried egg.

Room Tip: Don't order a standard room, just too small for 2 people

Hotel was extremely clean and neat, the service was amazing, the staff was very attentive to every needed had, helped us with our flights and tours, and the location was perfect a block away from the train. Certainly the best in Bangkok!
