This was different and very entertaining. Our guide Ron was energetic and funny, and we visited a variety of places, from street food (cooking in an alley) to a restaurant, a market, a bar with an amazing view, and a temple. Thanks!

We had a great evening led by our excellent guide Pim.

It was an evening that was wet and our guide bought us rain ponchos to ensure we remained dry.

The evening consisted of a great Thai meal at a local restaurant followed by a second course at another restaurant close to China Town district of Bangkok.

We were then able to visit both the flower market and the temple at night. Both were spectacular and you felt very privileged to be part of the experience. Pim was able to provide great insight.

After the temple we went for a late night drink overlooking the river. The plan was then to go for a final meal after that but quite frankly we were full and suggested we couldn’t eat anymore.

What a great experience.

Our tour guide, Ron, quickly impressed us with his knowledge and passion for his job. This energy was maintained all evening and I really appreciated how much care he took of his clients. Additionally, the tuk tuk driver was attentive and friendly. There were three food stops, one bar stop, a wholesale flower market, and a visit to Wat Po at night. It was definitely an evening well spent.

We had an excellent time on our tour. Riding in the tuk tuks was a great way to see the city and was a memorable experience. Ron was a lively and spirited guide and was excited to share his insights on Thai food and culture. “Ann” Guay Tiew Kua Gui was definitely the pinnacle of the trip as it was the best food and offered the opportunity to go into the “kitchen” and watch the cooks prepare the meal. “Street food” may be pushing it as we only went to sit down restaurants but I won’t mince words. Would certainly recommend to someone wanting to see the bustling city at night and eat some good food.

My daughter (21) and I ventured into Chinatown on our first night in Bangkok, it was a Saturday night and it felt like we had walked into chaos. But it was exciting at the same time. So we decided to do this food tour to make some sens of it all. The tour was great, not only was the food selection amazing and lots of it, but our lovely tour guide Mai, was knowledgeable on the food and the history of the show and stalls we visited. I would highly recommend this tour.
