Stayed at this hotel from 20th Dec- 22nd Dec,

In a summary;

Good/Pros:
1. Efficient Doorman
2. Pleasant receptionist
3. Comfy bedrooms & well equipped bathroom
4. Internet area provided and wifi - however Wi-Fi in rooms can be improved by not always having to log in with the long username & passwords - very tedious.

Poor/Cons:
1. Minimal water output/supply - We stayed on the 20th floor (the highest floor), water supply is very minimal - at one time I was bathing and the water just STOPS! For about 20mins. Seriously....this is the biggest disappointment for this hotel. Receptionist informed that the water supply to the 20th floor is "like that" - what kind of explanation is that.
2. Insufficient sitting area for breakfast - my group literally had to wait quite a while and no one checks if we are entitled for breakfast, imagine some strangers walking in to just sit and eat at this area?..it was also not helping that when we asked the waitress to assist us to find sits or atleast extra chairs so that we can squeeze, she just ignored and was very blur.
3. Breakfast Buffet - No labels on the breakfast buffet to indicate if the sausages were pork or chicken, if the fried rice has meat in it - can be improve from hotel side for this.
4. Swimming Pool - Forget about swimming, my friends took a dip and was literally freezing, they tried to adapt to the waters but it was too cold, got out in less than 15mins.

Overall, I'm just glad all of us manage to sleep in comfy beds despite the water supply incident. Will not stay again in this hotel as I have stayed in other hotels nearer to the malls which are 3 stars but are better despite the basic amenities provided.

Room Tip: Avoid high floors due to low water pressure - select mid floors to get the best; less noise & le...

Our group of 8 paxs stayed from 20 Dec for 4 nites. Nothing much to complain except room was a bit dim. Need to be brighter. Trash was not emptied everday. Wifi a bit slow. We stayed on the 19th floor, no problem with going up & down. Breakfast a bit messy coz not enough seats but food wise was ok. Staff were friendly. Alot of street food at night. Overall we will stay here again next time.

Location:
- 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Platinum Mall (wholesale shopping mall), Pratunam market, and Ratchatewi BTS station
- 711 Convenience Store (2 doors to the left of the hotel)
- Thai Massage Spa (with Mandarin/ English speaking boss) 2 doors to the right.
- taking a taxi to-and-from here is of no problem
- about 30 minutes away from Don Muang Airport

Room:
- Clean, neat and tidy.
- Interior is brown in colour so it's a bit dark
- City view
- Bathroom was okay, with hot water
- Air Conditioning working fine
- Room Service & Cleaning were great (new soap bar + mineral water = daily)
- Free Wifi for guests

Buffet Breakfast:
- Badly manned
- Not enough tables for all the guests
- Bad registration system (sometimes don't even confirm the guests were from which room)
- Food were so-so (fried rice, padthai, white rice, eggs, sausage, bread (wholemeal & white), croissants, jam & butter, 2 coffee machines, salad & fruit bar, orange juice, milk, water, cereal)

Service:
-very good (went to the hotel at 10am to check in and they allowed us to check in early because of room availability)
- staff was polite and all smiles
- free usage of computer & wifi in the lobby area

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor to get away from the road noise

The air con was not working. The engineering tried to fix but he couldnt. At first, they sent 01 mobile air con to my room but it was too noisy and i could not sleep. I yelled at the staff but she told me hotel was full and did not want to change my room. But my friend was so angry, they did not agree to stay at this room.

The hotel is close to the train station and centrally located to most shopping malls. A decent hotel value for money. We booked a twin room for 4 nights at reasonable rate. Their service was excellent - we wanted to order pizza on our third night and they assisted with the order. Opposite the hotel you will find variety of food stalls especially in the evening.
Even though we spent most of our days outdoors, this hotel is a good choice if you are looking for value and service.

Love the location of this hotel!
5 mins. walk to Rachatewi BTS station.
It has nearby 711 convenience store, Thai Massage Spa (You must try Zentara Thai! you'll love it)
and good authentic Thai food shops nearby (Soi 5).
In terms of the room and service: you get what you pay for.
Decent room with nice city view and enough space. (request for high floor to see the view. they have decks in every floor.)
Overall, had a great stay for an affordable price! Not bad at all!

Room Tip: Request for high floor for good city view :)
