“A all-in-one budget hotel”
Reviewed June 4, 2011

The Hotel is located very close to the BTS station Sanam Pao Exit 3. Not much attractions near the hotel. But you can always take the Skytrain to other places.

The hotel is well-facilitated. A good budget hotel.

Searched for a newer hotel as most hotels seem to be the same price. This hotel is 3 stops from Siam Square on the BTS. From the airport, train was 45baht ($1.50) and then 20 baht on BTS line and take Exit 3 at Sanam Pao station and walk around the corner. From the airport to hotel, it took less than 40 minutes. The breakfast buffet was great. Pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, tea/coffee, omelets, fried & hard boiled eggs, soup, Pad Thai noodles, sausage, ham, etc. From 7am to 8:30am, I had the restaurant to myself. Then from around 9am til 9:30am all the tables are full. Pool and gym are open 7am to 8pm. Not sure why they close the gym so early. The universal machine adjusts so u can do bench, incline and shoulder press, leg press, lat pull down, row, etc. Only 4 lounge chairs by pool. Get a 06,08, 10, 12 room that overlook the pool then you can check if chairs are available. The rooms were great! FREE Wi-Fi! King size bed. Glass wall in shower. Choice of ceiling or hand-held shower. Super soft towels. in-room safe and fold-away vanity table for the ladies. They do have 70 channels. However, they only have a couple channels from each country. Most are in Thai or Chinese. So, they do NOT have HBO, CNN, CineMax, etc. Only FOX News which I can't consider a news station. All 4 cartoon stations are in Thai. So, it gives you a reason to leave the room to workout and swim. In short, its a new hotel that would be worth $110 in any other city. I paid $54 per night including tax. NEW, free wifi, 3 stops to Siam Square (25 baht), very nice free breakfast, pool, gym. I was sold!

Room Tip: room # 06,08, 10, 12 overlook pool as I recall

...I booked via Agoda and which indicated complimentary wifi. It turns out one must connect via LAN cable and the one in my room didn't work, nor did the phone. Other than that, it is a brand-new hotel and seemed nice but the bad wifi experience is enough for me not to recommend this place.

Dear guest,
i appreciate you taking your time to provide your fellow travellers and us with your feedback on your stay with us.
The All seasons brand does include Breakfast and WiFi in its room rates as a standard, hence your comments are valuable to us.
In regards of non working LAN cables readers will be happy to learn that we have exchanged all currently used LAN cables with new ones.
Furthermore we are happy to call a very capable IT manager a team-member of ours, who is keen to assist our guests. He showed me one of the many reasons, based on his daily experience with guests, why laptops have difficulties with LAN connection. Noteably, if the IP address had been previously fixed (under TCP/IP Properties). I invite you to try his expertise.
In closing i like to extend my appologies to you, Mike for having not lived up to your expectations and hope you will give us a second try on one of your future travels.
Safe travels to you.

Welcoming staff, clean new room, hot showers, comfortable beds, swimming pool (lap pool) with gym, WiFi in rooms, buffet breakfast with ample selection. Good location just a few stop on BST into Siam or a few more to central pier and river connections. For the money this is a good little hotel I cannot understand why anyone would complain. If in Bangkok again would stay here without any second thought.

Room Tip: Avoid backside of htl and building site

I just stayed here at the All Seasons Bangkok Victory Monument abd was very happy with my time there, the whole15 nights i stayed...
Location - Firstly the hotel is in sanam pao and not victory monument.
There is nothing outside the hotel except for a 7/11 store, BUT dont let that put you off, sanam pao BTS station is a mere 2 minute walk away from the hotel which can take you anywhere in Bangkok - 3 stops to the JJ weekend market / 4 stops to Siam and only 6 stops to patong night market / 65Baht in a meter taxi if you didnt want to take the skytrain. If you take the BTS to - ARI, (1stop away) there are some lovely places to eat there

The hotel is brand new and you can even still smell the fresh paint and new furniture. The furniture is so modern and funky. Check-in was efficent, the staff were friendly and always helpful, the rooms were 'all season' size but big enough, the bathroom was awsome, always good pressure hot water, loved the shower window looking into the bedroom area, funky! Rooms were cleaned well everyday.
The gym was well equipped, the pool was kind of small but adequate size to cool off in Bangkok, the only thing i was a little dissapointed with, was that there were only 4 sunbeds on the deck
Would i stay again ? Yes !

First time staying at an all seasons establishment. The rooms are expectedly small but the facilities were great- the breakfast was super, the wifi was fast and we didn't stay too long in the room since we roamed about in the city. The location is close to the MRT however, around the area there is not much happening so, if you're looking to eat or drink, the hotel's room service is pretty good and very reasonably priced!

Service and wait staff was excellent - very prompt and very helpful. Typical Thai characteristic!

The gym was also good. There is a pool in the hotel so that felt good as well.

All in all we had a great time!

Room Tip: The rooms are all the same!
