Stayed here for 6 days after travelling through Laos and Thailand.
Hotel is easily reached by Skytrain and a short walk. Those who think it's a long walk down the soi must be in really terrible shape, it's really very short. If you really don't want to walk, there's a golfcart going up and down the soi. Hotel looks great, very stylish and modern. Reception staff was very friendly and quickly checked us in on the top floor with a nice view. The ice-creams at checkin were a nice touch.
We had a standard room, which was comfortable and large enough, with good views from the floor to ceiling windows. Everything was nearly spotlessly clean (could find some minor stains in the carpet) and well-maintained. The bathroom was very comfortable, with a nice rainshower and great toiletries. Wifi signal in the room was good, but internet was slow nonetheless. Useful for some facebook and mail, but no youtube or videocalling.
The hotel offers plenty of amenities. The rooftop pool is beautiful and a great place to cool down. The rooftop fitness center is small, but has good and new equipment, TV's and aircon. The downstairs and rooftop bars both looked very good as well, though we didn't use them.
Location is very good to experience Bangkok. It's right near all the action of Sukhumvit, including some good nightclubs, bars, and the amazing Terminal 21 shopping center. Everything else is easily...Stayed here for 6 days after travelling through Laos and Thailand.
