From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted & handed a welcome drink. The room I had was on the 19th floor with breathtaking views over the city. I was especially impressed by the reception & hotel services. I will be staying at this hotel again. A fantastic end to my holiday.

This is such a smart and great place, with fantastic suites and an absolutely charming family in charge. I would recommend this very highly for the facilities and extreme comfort - particularly the beds

This hotel offers lots of space and is very comfortable!!! The location is super convenient and the staff are very friendly. The hotel has only 75 suites, and the people working here seem to go out of their way to do what they can to make it a good stay.

There is no grand lobby and we spotted very few other guests though the place was supposedly pretty full. With great views, the best way to look at staying here is that it would be similar to staying in a serviced apartment- a very comfortable one! We have made another booking and will be back soon!!

I was well... err... let's call it flabbergasted. Entering the room made me like jump of joy. The room is perfect: it has all the luxury without getting overwhelming or gaudy. It's stylish and no matter which room you take: the view is always a big +.

The luxury is in big things, like the apple TV's, a big bath(room), a walk-in closet and a superb bed. Nevertheless, the real luxury is in all the details: the service of the staff is incredible. From carrying your luggage until closing the curtains while you're eating out. It just gives you the feeling you're a special guest, perhaps even a star. As a Dutchman, it's not in our culture to appreciate this 'submissive' attitude of the staff. However, in this hotel it's obvious that the employees love to make you feel comfortable and do everything to satisfy your needs. They appear to love their jobs.

Anyway, in general all is perfect. And two things are even outstanding: the mattresses make you wanna stay forever and the breakfast is the best breakfast we ever head! We never knew that Dim Sum could make such a nice breakfast! There's a good mixture of Western and Eastern dishes to start the day. Simply yummy.

Room Tip: All rooms are great as the hotel is only on the top levels of the building.
