The food is too good so is the ambience, I would call it progressive Indian as it's Indian food with a difference more modern....check out the Olive naan and truffle risotto and chocolate lava in desserts basically the whole menu was an experience Totally different :)

When i went there the first time, I entered Gaggans and i said to myself "Man I wished I could stay here". It is so quite and so cozy. I entered the chef's dining and noticed everything was so well detailed. For example, just in the chefs dining there were private docks so we can put in our own Ipod and listen to what ever we want to. And the seats looked like they were from PAUL SMITH as you can make out from the stripes. In the chef dining you can see the full kitchen which means that you can watch the team cook and watch what is going on in the kitchen. It is made in such way that it looks like a photo frame.

Now enough on the appearance, THE FOOD WAS AH MAZ ING. This was something more than just food as the chef GAGAN used liquid nitrogen to produce icecream which was the first time i saw something like this. When you think about indian food all you see is curry and naan. Today i ate Oyesters, Clams and all kinds of sea foods in different sauce and different indian spices.
Gaggans is probably one of the best and most different restaurant's I have been to.

Better try it because its more than just a restaurant.
