I came the Square in Novotel Ploenchit 3 times, everytime travel to Bangkok always come for this buffet. The restaurant is big, full of choices, specially the service, I strongly comment Miss NUCH, she take care us and make me feel like home, my boy always said that Miss Nuch so friendly and we feel like home everytime we came to The Square..Thanks alot and we will back again..More

Very good hotel situated right next to a BTS train station. Fantastic staff who were ever ready to help. Great experience from check-in to check-out. Great restaurant with a good selection of foods, local, international, indian etc. Extremely professional staff at the main restaurant. Beautiful beer garden restaurant to chill out in the evening.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Ploenchit. The hotel is centrally located and very easy to get around the sky train from there. The facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and reasonably priced for the area.

I stay at this hotel and always have good service at the hotel, so for the F and B. This time housekeeping helped me well to my needs. Ms. Aon was very helpful. Good service and good staff attitude.
Location of hotel is excellent as it sit in front of BTS Ploenchit and walking distance to Embassy and Central.

We only stayed 1 night on our way from Hua Hin to China.
We got a fantastic deal through the accor website for a family room on a premier floor.
Na was fantastic. She arranged everything we needed during our stay.
The free drinks and food from 5pm to 7pm were amazing. After an afternoon of cycling around Bangkok we were happy to eat an early dinner and then relax in the lounge.
