I have been in 28th floor (premier room) and our room was big and clean.

Good value for money with Accord Club Promotion.

Swimming pool are not big.

4mins walk from the BTS, and around 10 to 15 mins walk from the Central World shopping mallMore

Room tip: Be a Member of Accord Club.

Novotel Ploenchit
The hotel staffs are nice and courteous, the rooms are exquisitely clean and they serve sumptuous buffet breakfast. However, the only setback is the location there are no restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Though BTS skytrain is just in front of the hotel, the major shopping malls are still 1 to 2 stations away from the hotel. But overall, the hotel is stil value for money.

Our stay in Bangkok
This hotel was great.The staff were fantastic,and would like to mention two of the staff that we found went over and above what we believe their role of employment within hotel.Guest relation supervisor-Panadda Zinjai and chief concierge-Pattamapong C.
We would recommend anyone travelling to Bangkok consider this hotel.

Simply the best value for money in Bangkok
This is my third stay here and I have to say after trying many hotels in Bangkok over the years I've been traveling there, this hotel offers the best value for money! I highly recommend booking the premier floors for the extra service and the 5-7 pm complimentary drinks and snacks that offer a pleasant respite at the end of a hot day. It's just a nice touch that makes you feel special and the staff go out of there way to make you're stay as comfortable as possible.The BTS station is right out the front for convenience, so getting around Bangkok is easy.

Good for family and business purpose, comfortable bed, quiet and free of charge for child bed. Location is quite convenient. Room clean, staff polite.
Poor is I lost my goggles when I going to swimming poor from room. Just one minute, I could not find! Finally, I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Remarks
I had my reservation more than 1 month in advance. I booked 2 bedrooms for a family.
I had to wait more than 40 minutes to get 2 rooms togother with no Shataf in the bathroom.
No complimentary basket fruit or services been provide such as an apologize.
