We enjoyed our stay at the IBIS Riverside in Bangkok. The large pool right on the river was a wonderful plus. The Icon Siam shopping mall is a walk away. The hotel has a free shuttle to the BTS station.More

Checked in to room 2 days ago, staff pleasant and helpful, food nice, 7-11 just at the end of the street and hotel conveniently right on the river. Pool good size and plenty of spare sun beds for everyone, beds comfy, could do with more wardrobe space when staying in the family rooms.

Come to stay again. Its great change of feeling. Mattress make more comfortable while add a thick bed pad. Flies is gone, no more terrible in buffet breakfast. Although you got a seat in open space. Nice hotel you can try.

We enjoyed our stay although the rooms and particularly the bathrooms are tiny.Check in was slow as there appeared to be not enough staff.Restaurant was good and particularly the service byTul and Cha. Excellent pool and great location.Tour desk girl was not helpful but the rest of the staff were good

Recently had a short stay of 3 nights and it isn't for the food that I stay here. Love the location, sitting outside at night with a drink or two is wonderful. Nothing has changed since my last visit last year.
* Reception staff are still overwhelmed with their workload.
* Buffet breakfast is less than average
* My husband wanted to have the seafood buffet on our last night, I wasn't in agreement but joined him. It was everything I thought it might be. Completely tasteless for the money paid.
I would stay again but only for the location and this is their main selling point.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days recently(24th to 27th March 2019). The location is just perfect and you can visit some new places from this Hotel. Icon Siam is just a 10-15 mins walking distance.
Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Breakfast was fine. being a mid-range hotel the services that we got was okay. They also had a free shuttle to a nearby Skytrain station. There was another station - Saphan Taskin which is just on the opposite side of the river and you can reach there by riverboats or just by walking across the bridge.
If you want to see the other side of Busy Bangkok then you must stay in this hotel for a short trip.
