This hotel is about 5 minutes walk up Soi 13 from Sukhumvit, about 8 minutes walk to Nana BTS. Not the best location, but you can double back and walk down Soi 11, which is more of an interesting Soi. The hotel does have a free shuttle tuk tuk, but in 4 days I only used it once, because if it is already in use, you will need to wait for an unsiecified time for it to return.
Check in was fine, room was clean and modern, and had a nice colour scheme. Bed was fantastic and very, very comfortable.
Sadly, this is as good as it gets, and I won't beat about the bush on the next part of my review.
Raddison's management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this hotel to even be in operation under their brand. In all my life, I have never, ever stayed in a more noisy hotel than this one, as whenever someone used water in a room below, above or adjacent to your room, you will hear the pipes as of they are being amplified into your room. No exaggeration, at all hours, day or night, the pipe noise hits you like a punch in the head. I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight, I needed a few hours sleep, but even after being jet- lagged it was simply impossible to sleep. I just cannot understand how Raddision opened this hotel, knowing that the water noise was like this.
Therefore, because of this issue, I will never step foot inside this hotel again. I would get a better nights sleep on the street.
