I stayed the hotel for a couple of nights with terrible room condition upon arrival. Room is not ready upon arrival and eventually the rooms given are in bad condition. I complained to the Guest Services Manager and she was really nice and did a great job on the recovery. However two days after, i was being informed by any manager that the offer was being cancelled by the General Manager. Not only a hotel, no matter what a company's representative promised its guests, it should NEVER be changed or cancelled. This is a small thing and it did not affect my stay. But, it reflects the attitude of its management. So, think twice.
