We stayed 2 nights in a tower club suite which was on the 58th floor. Having spent the best part of 8.5hrs flying to Bangkok we were very impressed with the level of service upon arrival. As it was 7pm reception was very busy, we were politely asked to take a seat in the lounge and someone will tend to our check in ASAP. Less than 10mins later we were making our way up to our 58th floor suite.

Walking into the room it was more like a medium sized apartment!!! What we thought were large mirrors were sliding doors which could be used to partition off sitting room/kitchenette/bedroom. The bathroom was of a good size with a large shower and separate bath tub. The bed (like most places we have stayed in Thailand) was on the firmer side. I managed to sleep well, unfortunately my wife said she woke up feeling a little stiff and sore.

Food was reasonably priced for a hotel (sky deck), with numerous fine dining restraunts with prices to match. If looking for Thai food head out to a street vendor for meals at fraction of the price. However if money is no issue I would recommend going to breeze or mezzaluna... Very $$$$

We stayed in the tower club suite and had access to the Tower Club which is in breeze (level 52) from noon - 6pm we enjoyed complimentary canapés and drinks. This was AMAZING. Fantastic variety of Thai, European, Moroccan, American and French foods to name a few, plus a Stella cocktail list. We were also please to see some Australian wine on offer however these were extra.

We only stayed here as we got a cheap package through a travel agents price match (approx $470AUD) for 2 nights. At front desk was roughly $600USD per night for same room!! Pays to shop around!!!!

Only downside to this place is that you are not allowed to take photos at breeze, sirocco or mezzaluna. The views are spectacular as is the architecture... I would pay a few hundred baht for this opportunity!!

Will Definately come back here in the future. What a fantastic start to our honeymoon.

I went with my sister and her husband to the Tower Club (do not confuse this with the state tower where you do not get any extras) and at check in we were offered a free upgrade to a 2 bedroomed 2 bathroomed suite with 3 balconies, kitchenette and dining area and lounge on the 51st floor. The check in was efficient and seamless. We had good weather and the views were simply stunning from watching the sun rise to sun set. The bed was firm but had a comforter on top so this made it softer. The towels and linens were of high quality and our free soft drink mini bar was restocked when we requested it.

There is a continental breakfast for club tower guests but we used the main buffet for all hotel guests and the choice and quality of food was excellent. In the Club Lounge the food and drink are free of charge. The first day we arrived back at 4pm and went for afternoon tea which was a meal in itself and we did not eat again that evening with everything from cocktails to sandwiches and scones. The following day we had lunch which was excellent with a good variety.

On our last night had a cocktail in the Sky Bar with views that surpass anything I have seen and even though on the expensive side around £11 this compares to London. We ate in The Breeze with a table outside in a little cove with the most amazing views. They do try and get you to take the Chefs Taster Menu but just ask for the Al A Carte . The food was excellent and portions large - this was a special meal as prices were very high but we considered that the free meals the 2 days before counteracted this. The service was excellent and attentive.

There is a free shuttle service during the day to take you where you wanted and we only ever waited 10 minutes for our transport to arrive.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again as the value of the Tower Club rooms was excellent.

Room Tip: We stayed in suite 5101 which we could not fault. It was a corner suite with views from the East to...

We arrived AFTER check in time and then waited for over half an hour to be told that our rooms would not be ready for at least another hour. We had been touring all day and had reservations at the restaurant on the roof (Sciroco) so wanted to clean up before dinner. Needless to say, we were an hour late but they did seat us and we had a delicious meal (though THE most expensive meal that I have EVER eaten anywhere; over $1,800 USD for 6 people for 6 cocktails, 6 apps, 6 entrees and one glass of average wine.) The six cocktails were comped by the hotel for our trouble. Our table for dinner was right in the path of the skybar so we had literally a hundred of people pushing by our table during dinner. Our room was nothing special, either. It looked like a plain studio apartment that was turned into a hotel room. The bathroom was nicely appointed with nice towels and product but the bed was really really hard and uncomfortable (and I like a firm mattress) with cheap feeling linens. The view from the restaurant and the balcony on the 52nd floor was spectacular. Breakfast the next morning was adequate. Have a drink at the sky bar and stay and eat somewhere else!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our last two nights of our 20 days vacation in Asia which included Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Throughout the vacation I only chose 5 star hotels as I wanted this to be a memorable vacation for my wife. In phuket and Hanoi we stayed at hotels that we paid double the price and recieved half of the service we recieved here. First of all the view is magnificent( we were at the 55th river side view), beds are very comfortable and having the bathroom separate the bedroom and the sitting area has the advantage of having guests over( which we did and they didn't have visibility in the bedroom). What made this hotel over the top was the service and attention to detail that their staff Have. My wife booked us a table for our last night at Mezzaluna which served very delicious gourmet food withthe best service that we had experience in our 20 days stay in Asia. The highlight of the night and maybe our vacation was when the resturant manager ( Christina Guzy) was so caring and professional that when couple of our friends arrived early to have drinks with us at the sky bar, she made sure that they are well taken care of till we finished our dinner at Mezzaluna and she even made sure that our desert could be served at the other table in the Sky Bar. She personally walked us to the sky bar table that she had sat our friends at and brought our wine and pampered us like royalty. I don't usually put a long review, however her professionalism really is appreciated by both my wife and I. She made our last night and in totall our vacation a very special one....thank you...I will stay and recommend this hotel all my friends....

I never thought I would write a review like this. I loved the Lebua hotel, having stayed there twice in the past. I travel a great deal for both business and leisure and usually like to try out different hotels in the 5 star category in the same city just for comparison. The Lebua was different. I enjoyed coming back to this hotel for its position, friendly staff, excellent views and superb breakfast. On 31st December we returned to the Lebua (tired from many hours of flying) to be told that no room was available. This was despite the fact that we had booked AND PAID by credit card a month earlier. There were many other people at the hotel in our situation too who found it unbelievable. Initially we thought it was a problem with the booking system (at least that is how it was explained to us by the duty manager) and we accepted the offer of a substitute room at the Chatrium (despite being disappointed). However, it soon became clear that this was deliberate overbooking on the part of the hotel in a peak period. Despite being told that we could return at 12 the next day our room was not ready until 4 pm! A key only appeared when my patience was exhausted and I asked to speak to the manager. The Lebua caused us nothing but problems and inconvenience. This is totally unacceptable service and a complete betrayal of guest loyalty on the part of a hotel of this standard and price category that no amount of free drinks or offers of transfers to the airport can make up for. Neither is this the usual complaint about the beds not being soft enough or the pillows fluffy enough...being denied a room that you have purchased one month in advance is a bit more serious than that. The hotel obviously knew of the situation and had all the time in the world to contact us, refund the money and allow us to make alternative arrangements. Instead it preferred to keep the cash (an awful lot of it) and put us wherever it saw fit. Truly appalling customer relations. I will take my money elsewhere in the future

Stayed at the Tower Club for a few nights recently, the rooms are very good and provide an excellent view. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of dishes available including Dim Sum, Western and Japanese. The Tower club lounge is excellent, and is well worth the additional cost, it provides very good drinks and very good snack/light meals. It provides an excellent sanctuary from the hustle and Brussels of Bangkok. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Try to select a River view room and also get the balcony door opened.

Stayed over New Year.Started badly as we were just off the plane and room not ready at nearly 5pm however New Year's Eve so benefit of the doubt for time of year. Complimentary local drinks and food to wait and only an hour.
The rooms for Tower Club option are large split 2 room with suite area and bed area with kitchenette and large bathroom. Large fridge free soft drinks. Fridge very useful for beer/ wine storage. Balcony views absolutely amazing but door opened only on request. Firework views for New Year must be some of the most amazing in Bangkok.
Breakfasts are very good. Large international Buffett style menu typical of 5 star but very attentive staff. Timing and variety means lunch could easily be passed.
Tower club equates to free food and drink during opening times on 52nd floor. From 12-3 there was lunch.3-6 afternoon tea. Drink equates to whatever you fancied with some constraints. Again very attentive staff.
Locally the river was very accessible for trips on the river taxi's to Grand Palace, Wat Po, Wat Arun 15 baht pp each way. Tickets sold on board.
The BTS train again very convenient for anywhere else you wanted to go.
We did Tuk Tuks on the last night up to Patpong market 3kms straight up the road. 150 Baht seemed standard fare (about £3) just do it it's a must! So a lot to,do locally.
On leaving I noticed a charge for minibar which was removed with no question.
Room service was very tasty particularly the Thai dishes and local restaurants are also excellent. We didn't try in house.
Skybar is a must at least once for the views and the costs are as much as London- but the views better.
Overall worth every Baht.
